Today, I went through self-checkout at Walmart. There was an associate stationed at the front monitoring customers as they checked out. For some reason, he decided I needed closer attention, so he moved to the back of the line and stood just a few feet away, watching me scan every single item in my cart. I couldn't help but wonder--was it the watermelon in my cart, or was it because I was a Black woman with dreadlocks? After I paid, he approached me--not to thank me for shopping, not to ask for my receipt--but to question me about the watermelon. He asked if I knew the code. I explained there was no sticker, so I used the lookup feature. Then he asked how much it cost. I told him $6.97. He waved his device in front of me, mumbled that my price was slightly higher, and said that was "ok." So what exactly was this interaction supposed to mean? Was I being accused of stealing? Of intentionally underpaying? Why was I singled out and made to feel like a criminal over a watermelon I had already paid for? This experience was humiliating, accusatory, and deeply disappointing. No receipt check. No respectful clarification. Just suspicion. Is this what customer service looks like now? Is this my normal? I am a paying customer, and I deserve to be treated like one--not like a suspect. read more

My family and I have been to this location a few different times we were able to order via curbside pick up for Free to place our grocery items, especially for those days when you don't feel like going into the store to do a shopping. Is located in the area next to chipotle, panda express Sally Beauty, car, dealers, and much more. Once you place your order via the curbside, your order will be ready within a few hours, and they will give you a time that you could select for your pick up as well. The staff will come out to your car. You will select a curbside number and someone will bring your order out within five minutes or so. read more

Make sure to look at pricing on rollback items, sometimes they won't have the sale price registered when you scan it. But if u take a photo or tell them the roll back price they will honor it. Seems like just the system Walmart has the lady and people working were helpful on it. read more

You won't find me at a Walmart too often. I like to have my groceries delivered these days. I do like to run in for housewares, misc. Items and printing photos when gifting at the self print booths. They have been breaking down often the past few months. I like to go late or early to avoid the crowds. I like to go in store as not all items show online and even less on the app. Right now organizing containers are my thing and I found some nice quality matching clear ones here. Walmart is a great place to work and shop! They gave me a job though I had no experience. They taught me and everyone was so helpful. I was able to get benefits and a 401k which walmart matches a certain percent. I'm thankful for Walmart. They have almost 100% of what I need in the way of weekly purchases and I get a discount. And they have a percent off 1 shopping trip at Christmas for which I'm thankful as well. read more

Out of all the Walmarts I've ever been in. This one stands out in my mind at first in line. Sit out in the parking lot and use four bar Wi-Fi or skip up and down the aisles and pick whatever your little heart desires. Check out people are very courteous knowledgeable. I love this walmart it is my favorite walmart. However, this lady that checked us out had an attitude. We were trying to use apple pay to pay for our soda and candy when the worker asked us what we were trying to do (in a rude tone). We told her that we were trying to tap and she said we don't accept tap. She said this in a very rude way. We were not aware that walmart did not accept tap as it is a huge corporation and should accept tap. But we just did not like that lady's attitude. I was approaching the door to enter and the employee literally shut it in my face within inches. They were just closing the second entrance at 9pm when the store stays open until 11pm. There was no one coming toward the door behind me. It would have been very simple to let me in and then lock the door behind me. Unbelievable. Absolutely love this place, but I cannot STAND this specific manager. I have a psychiatric & medical alert service dog in training. Every single time I walk past him he always has something hurtful to say about him. No matter if he is tasking, paying attention to me, or actively helping me this manager ALWAYS makes a rude comment. He behaves, he's engaged with me, but I can't afford a super fancy harness or a guide harness. How does that make my service dog fake? It's so hurtful to hear A MANAGER talking negatively about my service dog who has done nothing but helped me. I have stopped brining him with me as a result. My health has declined rapidly because of it, but I'm so sick & tired of a MANAGER making degrading comments! I plan on speaking to a different manager as well as calling corporate. It's disgusting how they'll let fake service dogs in, but give my actual service dog issues. I visit this walmart weekly love the front end staff never have any problems however anytime i visit the bakery its always very unpleasant... there was this guy back there with no vest so i couldn't catch a name but i overheard a couple other employees say the name rob so i assume it was rob who was raising his voice at his associates... he then storms out causing a scene almost nudging into a customer... i can imagine working with someone like that could create a lot of tension which is why i never get the best service in that department, very unprofessional and disrespectful to his associates. read more

Sadly this is my local Walmart. I do spark delivery with my girlfriend and they banned me for doing it without my girlfriend ONE time. No friendly warning, no explanation, just banned and embarrassed in front of everyone. Never had trouble with the teenagers, it's always their older employees who will give a hard time over nothing. Just wasting Walmarts money giving you a hard time over nothing. I don't blame them if I was over 30 working at Walmart that would be my last reason why. The manager named Tariq is extremely rude and is on a constant power trip. He has 0 social skills and doesn't understand how to hold a basic conversation without sounding condescending. Sad. Now they're locking up merchandise. If you want to go buy Lego, they have it all locked up now. What's worse is they don't have a button to get anyone to come unlock it. Multiple times I've struggled to find anyone available to help. I've ended up calling the store to finally ask someone to help, and even that takes a while. I just don't want to shop here anymore, which is sad because I've shopped here for years. Also, there are constantly employees running around with large carts for pickup orders. They don't assist if you need help in the store, and they're rather rude with how they rush around. Their carts are large and make it cumbersome to get around. It's just not fun going to this Walmart. It was already going downhill, but with more and more merchandise getting locked up, there's zero reason to go to the store. Poor pickup service. Waiting over 20 minutes to be acknowledged. Still charge to pick up fee after they could not for fill my order. Due to that reason I fell below the $35 quote that I had to reach and I was charged a pick up fee. It should not be my penalty as I tried to order above that it was Walmart that did not uphold there end. read more

I love shopping at Walmart. I could spend my whole days there.. The one thing you have to fix that Walmart is your carts. It takes me up to 5 minutes sometimes to find a cart that's decent and that I could push without a going 1 way or the other. Sometimes they grind and scratch. Sometimes they won't move forward correctly. But the worst is when they go either to the right or Joe laughed and you're dragging your cart around the store. I have been coming to this Walmart since it first opened. I have had good experiences for the most part. I also am aware that people have been coming to this walmart to shoplift, which is unfortunate. I usually hold my receipt out expecting to be checked and have no problem doing so. The process is typically quick when they scan the item that isn't bagged and match it to the receipt. Today I was absolutely humiliated by 2 bag checkers while customers watched. I spent roughly 400 dollars which was printed on my receipt. I had some large bins for putting clothing under the bed so I expected they would scan those items and maybe a couple more. Let's start off with the fact that the female bagger (BOBBI) jumped in front of me and grabbed my cart and pulled it to her body. I thought that was strange, but I kept my composure. This woman began opening all of my bags. She was pulling out clothes and groceries which I had separated. She made a huge mess inside my cart. She was scanning tomato sauces cans, packs of hangers, and every single item in both my carts. Now, as she's making this mess another bag checker attempts to help but his scanner isn't working. He starts opening the bags and telling her what's inside. The funny thing about this is that while they're looking at everything I bought people are going around them with carts full of unbagged items. I'm thinking to myself "this is how they get robbed". They focused so much attention on my groceries and small household items that anyone could have walked out with a TV in their arms without a second look. One man walked past me with about 6 garments on hangers with no receipt. The difference between the people who weren't asked for receipts and myself is I was a Latina with a Brooklyn accent. People were actually gathering around me and my mother waiting to see if we stole anything. I have never been treated so poorly and I know a majority of the people who work there since I live around the corner and come here often. I will not be shopping at this walmart anymore until they learn how to handle their business in a more professional manner. The bag checkers have allowed so many people to shoplift perhaps due to the fact that they're so focused on the paying compliant customers. The female bag checker is name BOBBI she is rude and seems to not know how to differentiate between a paying customer with a long receipt and a shoplifter. Attempted to contact customer service for assistance and they advised they have someone contact me in 48 hours. Mind you, I already waited two weeks to receive my package. I let her know I checked in 10 min ago so she goes and gets someone. The lady comes over and so I ask what's the point of checking in if no one know we're waiting...she tried to make and excuse that people will just sit over here e en if they don't have a pickup. So I point to the large tv that shows I have 2 check-ins and ask again what is the point of checking in if you don't have a notification system that alerts you. There's a female manager here that is unprofessional and rude asf. I bought a propane tank online (empty) I walked in and was stopped at the door. The explained to me I couldn't come in with it. I explained it's brand new completely empty and bought it online I told her I would leave it outside but I needed to return it. The girl seemed confused got the manager. The manager came out yelling for no reason grabbed the propane tank and took it outside. She then asked me what I needed as if I really wanted to speak to her now. Yesterday I bought 1 pork shoulder at Walmart so I could make it in the slow cooker today. I opened today and it was rotten. My husband went today at 6 am to return the meat and customer service opens at 7. Well is ok, he went and grab another one but he asked for them to open the meat because the one that he had on hand was rotten. Well after opening 3 more pork shoulders they were ALL rotten. When to go and get stuff and I had a brand new puppy. I was just in the store with my puppy and some rude lady told me that no animals are a loud in the store. Out of all the Walmart's I've ever been in this by far has to be the best. Prime example is right when I walked in I was actually greeted and smiled at by an employee near the entrance. Throughout the store a few other employees as well said hello and asked if I needed help finding anything. In all the years going to Walmart that has never really happened. The customer service usually sucks. There is no other way of putting it. Very organized and clean. My only recommendation is to use the self check out if at all possible because just like all their other locations there is literally like three lanes open with huge lines. Things have change in this store. Most of the personal are nice but there was one this morning. I was returning some items. I asked where to go or see if they need to check the bag. Well a lady name Lorie toll me to go down to the other end of the store and call me a maiden. I don't look like one, I don't act like one, and I don't sound like one.
