I'm not a Walmart fan. I think it's severely under staffed and the produce/goods are lacking. But let me start with the positives. This particular Walmart is always clean. It's rare that I visit and the store looks run through or dirty. I tend to always see someone sweeping or mopping on the few occasions that I do visit. I stopped by to pick up 2 items and didn't want to drive to my regular supermarket as this store was closer. I was looked for a particular item in the bakery section and couldn't find it. After about 7 minutes of waiting at the bakery counter I went looking for an associate. I was able to find a young lady in produce and asked if anyone was working the bakery counter cause I needed help. She started at me and simply said I don't know and went back to stocking peppers. At this moment I said Walmart clearly doesn't care if I find what I'm looking for so why waste my money here. I put down the item I had in my hands and simply left. This visit solidified why I do not frequent Walmart. read more

Apparently Walmart is putting body cams on their employees, saw one at the customer service desk. Also, to my ladies, they no longer allow you to try on bras in the store. You have to buy it, try it on at home, which makes no sense because it's the same exact thing. Apparently it's a hygiene issue. read more

No complaints, I was able to find what I was looking for on this visit. The produce and meat area could be better stocked and organized. I do like the addition of the cooler section in the middle of the aisles. It does make the store look really clean and fresh, it's also easier to find what you're looking for. read more

I think that this Walmart is very big and usually very well stocked, they have a lot of self checkouts so although there is usually a line, it goes by very quickly read more

I normally never give bad reviews... So it's gotta be pretty horrible for me to take the time to do this. But this is by far the worst, poorly stocked and most disgusting Walmart I've ever seen. And on top of everything else they don't have a key to the dressing room, so after spending 20 minutes in the barely sticked women's clothing section, to find shorts, I couldn't even try them on because they "missed placed" the dressing room key. I'll never make the 20 minute drive back here and I suggest no one else does either. read more

The fact that this Walmart has an average of barely two stars is no surprise. Customer Service is non-existent and when there is live person "helping", you might as well be dealing with a machine because the live personnel are mostly dismissive and/or clueless. The only exception is the pharmacy staff. They are actually quite helpful and courteous. Perhaps if Walmart corporate's policy included paying their associates a decent hourly wage, the store could recruit and retain more people who give a rat's ass. Of course giving a rat's ass is generally the exception in customer service these days, so maybe they are smart to just continue the trend of replacing service jobs with automation. read more

The employees in this store and scare. A cashier also put packaged raw me to I a a bag with raw veg. When I got home leaked blood was all over my veg...yuck! Really need to do better and hire folks that care about what they do! read more

Even though the prices are very low, this Walmart has some room to improve. In general, many of the shelves are not fully stocked and the inventory is haphazardly scattered. On the up-side, this location has numerous check-out lines, resulting in short queues. read more

This Walmart is absolutely ridiculous. Never have any registers open , might as well ask for a job application because you scanning your own items every time you go . They hire over 100 employees that you never see . Absolutely ridiculous!! read more

This is the worst local walmart. It is set up strange. They aren't well stocked. I went in to get school supplies this week and they didn't have a single backpack. They were out of notebook paper and no selection of notebooks, binders, or folders. We ended up going across the street to Target instead. read more

Who knows, maybe the fact that I was visiting from Atlanta has something to do with the fact this WalMart was unimaginably awesome to me. This was actually the ONLY WalMart in GA I have been where I didn't feel like pulling the hair out of my head in frustration. The layout of the store made sense, there were items on the shelf and lord have mercy 99% of the buggeys weren't strewn all over the parking lot. Hey, again maybe my standards are low dealing with Atlanta stores but two thumbs up savannah! The cashiers here are extraordinary ! We just moved here in May and have had to go several times to get needed household items . Some of the cashiers remembered us and they have just been lovely . We liked it so much we even went grocery shopping there which we normally do at the commissary . . The only downside is they don't have a garden center . read more

I want shopping here with 16 years old son and they would not sell me beer because I was with my son and he did not have id apparently a father can't go grocery shopping with his son I would never go back and the asst manager said if I would have said he's my son I could have gotten the beer folks bring id and birth certificate here when you shop with kids read more

Well this Walmart is very nice. The greeters are very friendly. There were lots of people but no waits for a register. The shelves were stocked, there were deals on foods. It was very nice and I will definitely be returning. read more

Only 3 registers open and long line at each...they'll close one down to alleviate the issue. Not the first issue I've had here, either. On a previous visit, the employee at the sporting goods counter took a call on her cell phone as I walked up to the counter, never once acknowledging my presence. Wal-mart needs to step it up on customer service, their prices aren't low enough for this mess. read more

While getting some sandwiches, to take with us on the family trip to the beach. I notice a black bag, that had blinking lights as I walk towards the deli. There were 3 employees stocking. Bag in line of site for them. From experience I knew what was in the bag (a portable label printer). Yet with today's cray cray's in need of some couch time you can never be sure. I feel someone should have checked it out. They are supposed to have on every shift a trained employee to check the bag. I know some are thinking heck, not me I have a family to think of. Yet how would you feel if there was someone who could have stop something from happening to you, your love one or just person in general. Think about it. But again I would not think a store who's manager flat out rude to other employees, and don't follow simple floor manager policy's would have employees that care enough to remember training they received about bags left unattended.
