In recent months, the atmosphere at the Kroger pharmacy inside this Gwinnett store has shifted…read morenoticeably. There's a clear "them vs the customers" tone now, where it feels like your presence at the counter is more of an inconvenience than anything else. The manager is at the center of it. Her tone is consistently rude and dismissive, she interrupts people mid-sentence, and she talks down to customers in a way that feels intentional. The other day I watched her belittle a young woman, and it was genuinely upsetting. It wasn't a stressful moment or a misunderstanding. It was mean, unnecessary, and deeply unprofessional. While this doesn't apply to every employee, there are enough staff members who appear disengaged that it impacts the entire environment and it clearly starts with the manager. The staff gives inconsistent information, they lack urgency, and spend more time talking to each other or idling than assisting customers. It creates an overall impression of a team that is not aligned or fully invested. This wasn't a busy day or a short-staffed situation. It feels like a culture problem that's become more obvious over time. If anyone from Kroger's corporate or district team saw what customers experience here, I can't imagine they'd consider it acceptable.

I have reached out to Coastal Compounding Pharmacy, no has gotten back with me. I have posted on their Facebook page, no responded. Just that alone tells you have they are scum. But here in its entirety is my review. They killed my cat, stay away. I had one of the nicest cats anyone could ever ask for. My cat, Grimalkin, was a wonderful cat and Coastal Compounding Pharmacy killed it. I had a prescription from my vet for a blood thinner, baby aspirin, and a pain reliever, that I would pick up from the pharmacy as needed. On average, I would request a 2 month prescription. The pain reliever, I would order as needed. When the blood thinner and aspirin medication was running out, I called in for a refill of said medications. I requested a refill of her blood thinner and her aspirin. Later in the week, my mother went in and picked up said medications. When my cat was out of her older medications, I went to use the new meds I had picked up. Coastal Compounding Pharmacy had given me a refill of her aspirin and her pain relief medication. When I called up and questioned them about such, I was informed that the pain relief medication was really a blood thinner. Instead of just giving such to my cat, I looked it up online and even checked with my vet on what medication I was given. Turns out that Coastal Compounding Pharmacy gave me a medication for epileptic seizures. I called up the pharmacy and demanded to speak to a pharmacist this time. When the pharmacist reviewed the case, she admitted that the technician had indeed gave me the wrong medication and that they would refill it with the proper medication. Later that evening, I received a phone call that they were out of the needed medication and would not receive anymore in for almost a week. I questioned what I should do with my cat. I was told that my cat should be okay. I had to wait almost week for the proper medication for my cat. By the time was I able give the proper medication again it was too late; unbeknownst to me my cat had developed a blood clot that would quickly shutdown her kidneys and kill her within the next 48 hours. Even taking my cat to my vet, I was informed that the blood thinner was what was keeping her alive, without the blood thinner, she quickly developed a blood clot that would kill her. My cat developed the clot during the timeframe of when she did not have any medication. By the time, I started giving her the medication, she already had developed a blood clot. Do not use Coastal Compounding Pharmacy. They could make a mistake that could cost you the life of a loved one. Their cavalier attitude over the situation was horrendous. Not to mention when I brought back the improper medication to them, I was charged an additional amount for the proper medication, that they messed upon originally and delayed giving me for a week. Think if this was your pet, your child, or loved ones. Think of the irreversible damage that going a week without the proper medication would cause. Remember, I called them up for a refill BEFORE I ran out of her medication and did not find out I was given the wrong medication until after I was out. Below is a picture of Grimalkin and also of her certificate of being cremated.
