While this doesn't apply to every employee, there are enough staff members who appear disengaged that it impacts the entire environment and it clearly starts with the manager. The staff gives inconsistent information, they lack urgency, and spend more time talking to each other or idling than assisting customers. It creates an overall impression of a team that is not aligned or fully invested. This wasn't a busy day or a short-staffed situation. It feels like a culture problem that's become more obvious over time.
