Charging gives you time to take everything in. If I needed a shower, I could get one here for $17. That's pretty cool. If I needed some electronics, I could get that here too. They offer many things you may not have thought of that could be useful on a road trip. And, it you're living the nomadic lifestyle, you could take a break and do some gambling on their machines here. Or, you could have a meal. They have a lot of meal options. I'm definitely going to add these on my places to stop during road trips!

The pumps are easy to access and the lot is pretty spacious, so getting in and out isn't a hassle even when it's busy. Everything felt well maintained and clean, which isn't always the case at gas stations. Prices have been pretty reasonable compared to other stations nearby, and I've never had to wait for a pump. Overall it's a quick, reliable place to stop when you're driving through the Derenne and Abercorn area and need gas.

During my checkout, I accidentally used the wrong payment method and wanted to get a refund so that I could do the purchase over again and utilize my intended method of pay. As a single mom, the funds that I utilize are allocated for specific things, and I will admit that while managing my daughter at the register, I used the wrong card. When I requested about if I could've used another payment method and receiving a refund, the attendant and another attendant sweeping informed me that all of the managers were gone for the day and that only a manager could process the request. I find it highly unprofessional that there was no manager available during store operating hours. It was a $15 purchase that I intended to use for gas however I was unable to get what I needed because of how the store operated. They had some good items, but overall the lack of assistance left me quite upset and lacking.

I went with my boyfriend on my 21st birthday to purchase two mikes lemonades with my new id on…read morepaper my old id and my military id all stating my birthday and the cashier said he could not accept my paper id which is totally ok I understand mind you I've been out all day and have had no issues with my military id and he said he's not comfortable accepting it and doesn't want to lose his job. He wouldn't even look at my physical ids as I was pointing to my birthday on the both of them. So my boyfriend takes me home and goes back trying to buy the same thing and the guy was refusing to sell him the drinks, he is 23 has his pilots license and drivers license both showing his birthday and the cashier keeps saying he is uncomfortable selling the drinks to him and doesn't want to do it so my bf turns around to the older gentleman asking him to buy them as he's holding a case of beer only then does the cashier allow my bf to purchase the drinks. I understand him not being able to accept my paper id but I had two other government issued ids showing my birthday on both and not allowing me to purchase my drinks and then refusing my bf who also has two different forms of identification. It was just a frustrating experience, once again I understand not being able to take my paper id but the fact that I had two other psychical hard copy ids stating my birthday and he wouldn't even look at them is just frustrating.

A few years ago I learned from social media that Publix has really good handmade subs. So we tried and have had a good experience every time. You basically go up to the deli area and order. I got a chicken salad wrap with lots of veggies. My only complaint really is it was very soggy. And became difficult to eat. It wasn't bad in taste really just berry soggy and dripping. Next time I won't get that. It is just plain chicken salad. Mayo and chicken. Needs some seasoning too. The rest of the subs were a hit. I do have to say the deli team member was very nice. But did not speak much English. Which made it a bit difficult to ask questions and ask for ingredients on the sandwich. She was nice and we made it through. We will be back next year.

Since it was on a Sunday during peak tourist season, they were completely out of stock on several items I wanted to purchase. I was able to find alternatives, but the pricing was a little higher than what I would have paid at HT or Kroger. I do like shopping at Publix on occasion for certain things, and they often have good BOGO deals for selected items. Unfortunately for me on this visit, none of the items I purchased were on BOGO special.

The cashier was friendly and asked was I from the area and I said no. She asked were both of the sodas were for me ? I laughed and said yes but I wasn't planning on drinking them both today.
