Not much to say other than I waited outside for it to open at 9 on a 30 degree morning to get a phone charger. The employees showed a few minutes after nine and went in without a word to me and locked the door behind them. I waited 10 more minutes and left. read more

Large junk selection which is fine for tourists like myself, but standing at a register without help because you're organizing some mini fake license plates is ridiculous. Then you leave it on the counter and go back after ringing is up and say have a good day without a bag, or anything for our glass purchase. Never will return read more

Very rude employees we walked in with a large group and were looking around to purchase then someone in our group picked up a chicken that said squeeze me so she did then she showed it to us this rude employee with glasses and dark, greasy hair storms up and she tells her to "Stop with the chicken or get out." in a very rude tone. The level of immaturity she could have easily come and asked us to please stop but instead she rudely yells at us, when the chicken said squeeze me so please don't ever get mad. Me and my group put everything we were going to buy back and walked out and WE WILL NOT be shopping there ever again! And i hope no one else does! I don't know what kind of manager would let an employee with that bad of an attitude work there! read more

Sunday March 14 2021- store full of MASKLESS people celebrating the St Patrick's Day weekend. I entered the store and noticed a large group of mostly male patrons (store was packed!) not wearing masks. So I FELT as though I would be welcomed. I am a First Responder, and have had ALL the necessary Covid vaccines. I walked the store picking out my goods. When I went to pay, the cashier Taylor (is what she said her name was, although her name tag was flipped backwards, short, stalky female) asked me "where is your mask?" I advised her I am medically exempt due to a pulmonary condition, but and fully covid vaccinated." She said "yeah right." I ignored her snide remarks, as by HIPAA LAW I am not obliged to state my PERSONAL medical exemption. As I pulled out my card, she accused me of "your coughing on me without a mask!" Umm, what? I never did such a thing, please owner, roll back the tapes. If she did not want to serve me, she should have said so, instead of being rude and speaking to a patron in passive aggressive tone. The door to the store was propped open, and there was NO visible "mask only" signs. I will say that my husband, who was maskless & is also a First Responder and fully COVID vaccinated was cashed out of the store by a male cashier, and he states his service was superb, polite and friendly. Pick a lane!! I feel discriminated against because I was a maskless female amongst a sea of male maskless patrons. She chose to discriminate against me instead of the males! TAYLOR is not fit for customer service. Better luck at a parking garage. read more

Awesome store and great employees. They try to enforce the mask mandate in Savannah but some ignorant people refuse to wear them but they still give it a try. Sad to see employees getting bad reviews over telling someone to put a mask on. read more

We came in around 8:15 on Sunday, February 16 and we were looking around. There were plenty of other people in the store as well. One individual in our group picked up a noise chicken that said "squeeze me" and she squeezed it once. Then showed it to us and squeezed it a second time. Then one female employee with glasses and black greasy hair came and screamed at us "stop squeezing the chicken or get out!" We had a large group of 15 people who were all planning on making purchases but after that encounter we all put our stuff back and left. I'm not sure how a manager would allow such a rude person continue to be employed there. They will continue to lose our business as long as she is there. read more

It's a cute little kitschy place down near the river. A big group of us stopped by here randomly while traversing downtown because it seemed like an unusual shop. It has a bunch of touristy things as well as practical things. Think souvenirs and things with your name on them, drinks, snacks, medical supplies and prescriptions, sunglasses, batteries, post cards, etc. Some interesting things that we saw were dog socks meant for human feet (corgis, mastiffs, retrievers, etc.), dolphin things, and weird little knick knacks. It's located right next to the river, so it's an easy stop to make if you forgot to get something touristy. It's also so beautiful out here when it's sunny and breezy, so expect a ton of other people to be enjoying good weather. Really, it's kind of hard to describe this place. But if you're looking for something a little out there and you don't know what you want to get, you could probably find it here. read more

We walked in at 9:40 PM and VERY aware of their closing time at 10:00 PM. We hear an employee announce within the first minute that the doors will be closing in 5 minutes. Keep in mind that there was at least 3 other parties of folks (with the total customers being over 10-12 people) shopping too. We assumed the employee meant the doors were closing for any new customers and went about our business. The floors were being mopped by a second employee so it was hard to navigate certain areas of the store like the coolers. Then at 9:46 PM my 20 year old daughter is directly approached and told, " we are closing now." I understand fully that the employees want to go home and close on time. We had no intentions on staying more than a few minutes as we planned on purchasing a soda and a souvenir shot glass. Sadly, due to being made to feel uncomfortable and continuing to hear ramblings of store being closed by the employee at checkout, we exited the store without making a purchase. The time was officially 9:50 PM! The other parties exited the store within a minute of our departure, too empty handed also. read more

We love this place!! They have everything we need. Hats, sunscreen, crazy gifts and souvenirs, cold drinks, snacks and the kids played with the toys until we had to drag them out of there. What a nice atmosphere, nice people and SO convenient. read more
