This is a cute little boutique in Savannah. We were in Savannah on a mini vacation. We saw this shop when we were walking around town. I looked in and saw a cute blouse hanging up and it caught my attention so we went in to see it. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We went back the next next day and I purchased the cutest dress! I call it my Savannah dress! It's very artistic looking and very comfortable! I do recommend this place. read more

It's a cool little shop right off Abercorn. It is between Broughton Street and Reynolds Square. It has several items, mainly t-shirts, coffee cups, kids stuff, and lots of other stuff. I found the cups and t-shirts to be higher quality than the t-shirt shops on River Street. If you are looking for better quality stuff then come to Aleksandra's. read more

Tourist seeking a souvenir , walked in to not being greeted ... but still shopped. I purchased a bland , overpriced shirt despite high prices. When it didn't fit, I went to return it only to be told by the lady with pink braids at the desk that they "don't do returns ". Before entering , I looked for their return policy on the outside of the store . I also looked while shopping. The cashier said the policy is on the receipt, which you only get AFTER PURCHASING! A rip off and abuse of tourism. Also, Rude customer service. Avoid this place. read more

I always pick up a magnet from my travels and this time I also needed another gift for a gift exchange back home. I had planned on stopping somewhere in City Market but I ran across this place and I'm glad I did. It had just started raining so I ducked in and was greeted by a friendly associate. We talked while I browsed and let me know everything that wasn't discounted would be 20% off. Score! The shop has lots of cute stuff and the prices are good. I love, love, love the new location on Broughton. You immediately feel welcome upon walking into the store, & the staff always invites you in with a warm greeting. Most Savannians I know are the proud type, & the selection of hometown goodies is excellent. The trendy SAV hats everyone's always looking for are sold here in 3 different colors for the best prices I've seen. I picked up some cute magnets as well so I could show my pride at home. A great selection on everything from bags to clothes to jewelry throughout the store. Be sure to ask about the local loyalty card if you live in town!! Definitely worth stopping in for tourists & locals alike! read more

I try to avoid buying unnecessary souvenirs while on vacation, and I succeed in doing so, until I walked past this place one day before the end of my trip. The items in the window looked adorable and I wanted to in but they were closed. Thankfully they were open on Sundays so I went. his is as touristy as you are going to get. Unlike the other shops that I visited, the customer service here was great, the items were up to date and not too overpriced. I highly recommend coming in here if you're wanting to buy souvenirs. read more

I went back to this shop before I left Savannah to pick up a souvenir and I was greeted by a friendly and kind sales associate, who was the only one working at the time. As I was browsing, the owner came in and snuck by as the associate was speaking with another customer, and then berated her for not noticing she had walked in. She continued to, in front of every customer in the store, tell her that she was expendable and that she as the owner had higher expectations for her employee. Then, the owner proceeded to ask customers, who had just walked in and didn't have a chance to speak to the associate, if they were familiar with the sales going on. They said they were not, which makes sense unless they had sought out all of the sale racks, as the associate was busy getting yelled at by the owner. She then returned to the sales associate to continue to berate her for not sharing the sales. It was so humiliating for the individual working, that had I not already purchased my items, I would've walked out without anything. I love supporting small, local businesses; however, I am sad to have given this person by business after seeing how she treats her employee, especially since this employee had done nothing wrong. Her words and her tone were horrifying, and I hope that her employee is able to find another job where she won't be subject to this kind of treatment. read more

While doing some shopping after dinner we stumbled about this place. Wow!! The staff (ok, it was only 1 lady and I think she owned the place) was AMAZING! She took her time showing me all the different styles, Made suggestions and helped me fine the right fits. She really made the overall experience a positive one. I ended up buying 1 shirt, 2 dresses, and a few souvenirs. I highly recommend stopping in if your visiting!! My sister and I visited Downtown Savannah for a few days.. She lives in NY and I live in Jacksonville Fl. I been to Savannah a few times and I wanted my sister to experience it too, and she loved it We went on the Midnight Garden of Good and Evil tour and we fell in love with the Bird Girl statue. So we went on a shopping spree to see if we could buy a little statue, well those little statue cost a arm and leg.. lol. On our last day there, we decided to try one last place. We go in and we ask the lady working behind the counter if she had anything with Bird Girl. She immediately search out her merchandise and she Said "I believe we have a key chain", I was bummed, I wanted something more.. well she kept on looking and she Found the Perfect Bird Girl souvenir A Plank with a photo of the Bird girl.. If you were wrong, the customer got good service and will recommend to others. If you were right, you detered theft. Seems simple enough! She said.. you can buy it for $44.95 and I'll give you 25% off. What kind of scam is this? If I've ever been in a store and something is mismarked, they honor that price. All of the decanters were marked $9.99, except the one with the different shape that I really wanted. Buyer Beware. Not sure what kind of scam they're running here, but I won't ever go in here again. I'd give 0 stars for customer service, but I really liked the decanter, so I'll give it a 1.
