I purchased fun things in both shoppes -I absolutely couldn't help myself!!!!!!! It was horribly offensive to be profiled by a lady literally older than dirt. I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame because they had a nice selection of things. Guess they don't trust their customers and don't want anyone's business. They didn't even try to conceal that's exactly what they were doing. I thought it was just us and I am horrified to see they are doing this to multiple people. Buyer beware- there are so many other adorable shops who were more than welcoming and we spent a ton of money elsewhere. Their loss.

The place certainly had what we were looking for with everything pretty much priced in line with most other such shops. Everything is nicely laid out, presented in an orderly fashion and the service was certainly friendly and nice, but I fail to see what all the hoopla is about or anything that would distinctly set it apart as being any better than any other such shop unless it might be its admirable location along the riverfront. We made our purchases, went on our way but stopped by a couple of other such shops which we found to be very similar both in price and in what they carried. So, in comparison, the best I can said is that I found Land and Sea Wear to be just fine, I liked it, but nothing Weehoo or as good as it gets about the place.
