It's a souvenir shop. It's a fabulous souvenir shop ! The selection is mind-boggling, and the prices are low, low, low. I bought a great pair of wrap-around sunglasses for $10. Such a deal ! With a perfect tourist shopping location just across Rivers street from the Savannah, Simply Savannah makes for a really enjoyable shopping or browsing experience. It has a huge assortment of items with everything from jewelry to sauces to clothing to the fossilized teeth of a megalodon. Though I had noted some complaints about the prices, this is a tourist store specializing in the unique, not a Lou's Budget Center, so for me on that basis, I found things in line with such other places and as such, reasonable. And I would also say it's higher than most such others. As the inventory of Simply Savannah is so varied they have something of interest for everyone even though it predominately caters to women. But things like the soaps, sauces and those sharks teeth managed to catch my interest. read more

Simply Savannah on River Street in Savannah is an excellent destination for a gift shop that seems to capture everything that is Savannah very well. I like that they have everything organized in different sections. They have some cool and unique gift items that go well for just about anyone on your shopping list. This shop was very cute and I loved the wall of southern decor and scented goods. It had a wide variety to pick from, and the wall of sauces and peach themed goodies was irresistible. I almost got some peach bark, but settled for some peaches and ginger tea bags. The prices were quite high, but what can you expect from a gift shop. read more

I went in there on June 10 2022 and bought a Bird Lady and wanted it shipped to my Ct home, I was a little apprehensive because no one seemed to know about the shipping process which they offered at the store. I was told it would ship out that following Monday and should get it in a week. Well I waited for over 2 weeks never received my statue. So then I called I got a wonderful person named Lisa I was told the store was under new management and she was the new director of operations I believe she said so after asking me a few questions she said she would look into it and could she get back to me in a day or so.I said sure but was hesitant if anything was going to happen.Lisa did reach out the next day and asked if I new the exact day and amount of the transaction mind you this was a 300.00 dollar statue we purchased.After a few days Lisa true to her word did locate the shipping sheet with the my order she said it was shipped out that day and a few days later my statue arrived . I got a very cute pineapple key hook there the other day and didn't realize that I got charged the full price instead of the sale price. It was only a $4.00 difference and it wasn't a huge deal. However I thought that I would at least try to get the refund if possible the next time I was in the shop. Haley remembered from the other day. She was very quick and prompt to get my refund. She was very apologetic which I told her she didn't have to because I didn't even realize it was an on sale item until I had gotten home. I stopped by the riverfront on my way through Georgia and stumbled upon this store. It has some cute and higher end/better quality merchandise as compared to similar (touristy) stores nearby.
