With no line and no other customers in the store, this should have been a quick, pleasant stop with the kids. Instead, the whole experience was painfully slow and strangely unwelcoming. Some are able to complete the training in several days, while others take several months. There are even two levels of training to ensure the very best service for their customers. This was evident in my interaction. I asked for a recommendation, and when I told them I was not a fan of Horchata, they asked lots of questions to determine which drink would best suit my taste buds. I chose the nitro cold brew, which was absolutely delicious! The Coffee Fox also has a super cool vibe.
