What really stood out to me was how he took the time to engage with all three of my kids. He asked them if they were ready to go back to school and actually chatted with them rather than just rushing us through the line. They loved it, and he honestly made their day too. It's not often that someone makes that much of an impression during such a quick interaction, especially in a store that busy, but Caleb absolutely did. His positive attitude made the chaos a little more enjoyable for our whole family. I really hope the Brunswick management team sees this and gives him the recognition he deserves.
