Often, the delivery will be two to there days late. This past Monday, one off their "therapists" came to my home on a scheduled visit and asked me how many empty tanks i needed on Wednesday. I called Resource Medical today (Friday) and found out that the order had never been turned in. This means that I am stuck at home for the weekend and don't have enough Oxygen tanks to make a drive to visit family. When I called the "therapist" I got forwarded to voice mail which was full and could receive no new messages.

Also in the beginning of this mess, Heather told me this charge is for rental & should have been sold out right, when I questioned how many months do you charge for rental, she said well I guess we can stop!!
