The other day I watched her belittle a young woman, and it was genuinely upsetting. It wasn't a stressful moment or a misunderstanding. It was mean, unnecessary, and deeply unprofessional. While this doesn't apply to every employee, there are enough staff members who appear disengaged that it impacts the entire environment and it clearly starts with the manager. The staff gives inconsistent information, they lack urgency, and spend more time talking to each other or idling than assisting customers. It creates an overall impression of a team that is not aligned or fully invested. This wasn't a busy day or a short-staffed situation. It feels like a culture problem that's become more obvious over time. They still don't have the medication in stock many days even when it's on auto refill. The pharmacist and rx staff are always polite, wear their masks etc. The store staff still don't always wear masks or gloves and I've heard them state out loud how Covid-19 isn't worth wearing a mask.
