I am not one that is honestly impressed with the Walmart brand. However this was an amazing experience for something we all hate doing. Purchased tires for my Skyline and had plans for the store to install. I was very concerned about the tire department damaging my car. Spoke to the department manager and the technician before bring the car in. Both went out of their way to take care of the car and checked with me throughout the entire process. Gave me more confidence than other local tire shops I've worked with. Have all the confidence to bring any vehicle I have to this location. Knowing I will be treated correctly. read more

My wife and I ordered groceries and a few household items from here for Walmart pickup. When we arrived my wife checked in on the app. After sitting for about 20 minutes and seeing numerous other customers arrive after us and get helped before us, my wife called to see what was taking so long. They asked us to pull up to the side door from where we were parked. One employee approached our passenger side. When my wife rolled the window down the employee (which we do not know) placed both here elbows on the car door with her hands slightly in our car and leaned in to our car (no mask on) getting really close to my wife and then told us that some soap spilt on our items and they had to replace them. About 10 minutes after this another employee walks out with one of our bags to place it in our car and told us the rest would be coming out soon. When they finally brought out our order my wife asked them if that was everything. Needless to say it was not our entire order. We were missing at least 7 items (Good thing we checked before we left). When my wife notified one of the employees at the pick up door that it was not our full order, the employee got an attitude and started arguing with my wife. They then tried to give us items that were in a cart just sitting out in the heat and sun right next to the pickup order side door. My wife told them no and we could wait for the rest of the items. The employee then told her that they were out of the items we ordered without even checking for them. We ended up canceling the entire order right there on the spot and gave them everything that they had given us back. As we were leaving my wife called the Walmart pickup phone line to inform them of the situation. Good thing she did because the employee at the store was trying to say that we picked up our order in full so they could charge us for them. After dealing with the customer service for about 15 minutes, they were able to schedule us a refund. read more

Thought stopping at this Walmart it might be a little less crowded than other Walmart locations, but I was wrong. With only a week until Christmas this store was packed with shoppers. But the employees in this store seem to do a better job at keeping the store up better than other locations; for example the buggies were being brought in and not left all over the parking lot and there wasn't much trash flying around outside either. And the best part was the cashier we had was friendly. read more

I enjoy this Walmart because it always serves as the "mall" for Moncks Corner. You are able to see everyone while getting rock bottom prices. It's a socialites dream! Very disappointed that this Walmart allows non-service animals. I went to this location earlier today and saw two animals in less than 20 mins. One lady had a cat in her cart and another had a small dog. I asked one associate if they allow non-service animals inside now, and she said she didn't know. Then on my way out the door, I asked the greeter. She didn't have a definite answer but said they have been getting more complaints about it. It's very inconsiderate of other customers to bring pets in the store and have them in the carts! I will not be shopping at this location again! read more

Went to this store in Moncks Corner, SC and asked the employee William in electronics for a 75" TV that I wanted to purchase. William responded "I can't sell you one because I have no way to get it to your car". I responded you are joking right? He said no I have no flat bed carts to get it to your car. I requested a manager and Williams response was what TV did you want, I can sell it but it's going to be hard getting it to your car. I again requested a manager. He got on the phone and 15 minutes later another employee (I'm guessing, because he had no name tag on and was greasy and unclean. He asked what can I do for you? I asked if he was a manager and he responded no I work in the warehouse but they are going to want to know what you want. I responded a manager. 15 minutes later another employee walked up with an attitude and in a disgruntle voice asked what can I do for you? He did not have any management identification on other than his name tag stating coach. I explained the issue with him and his lack luster response was "sorry for your shopping experience, what can I do for you. I said nothing and left the store. I have shopped all over the United States at Walmart, including Hawaii and have never had such an experience as this. This is what I can assure you of, I will pay three times the cost of anything I need, but it will never be at Walmart. read more

ZERO STARS! Waited an hour and 5 minutes for our drive up order. Checked in within our pick up window. After 25 minutes I got an email saying our order was picked up but nobody brought it to our car. We called multiple times. They said someone would be right out and it still took another 35 minutes. You can't go inside either because there are only self check out lines open and the lines are a mile long. read more

Simply the best Walmart here in the Lowcountry. It's the nicest and cleanest. I enjoy shopping here. I come to this location even though I no longer live in Moncks Corner. It's about the only thing I miss about living in the country. read more

I was very pleased with the Moncks Corner Walmart. It is by far the nicest Walmart I've been to. The store was clean. I had a variety of products to choose from. Everyone was busy doing their job, but still friendly. When the line got long at checkout, a manager called for help. The Walmart in Goose Creek is actually closer to my house, but I'd rather shop here. read more

I live in Moncks Corner and went to the Goose Creek Walmart because I needed to hit a store next to it and I swear I missed my local Walmart so much. The reason it's clean is because they don't fill the shelves and the employees have seized the opportunity to disappear into the break room, or wherever they go. In their place they have reassigned their rudest employees (easy enough) to give the appearance of staff on duty. But don't ask them any questions; common experiences I've had include anything from the frequent answer 'I don't know' to very rude treatment. Here's a suggestion - know the products you sell and don't treat me like I'm a bother by requesting that you simply do the job you once sought after. read more

I am pissed off to no end with this store. Came here for the black Friday event. Came for a specific item like everyone else. No Walmart employee could tell me where the line for that item was. When we finally found an employee that knew about it you had to get a wristband to purchase it, but that was never stated in the paper and there was no sign saying to get wristbands. My elderly mother and I "I have one arm" went to Walmart today. The black cashier was nowhere to be found. She left her post. She finally served us , then her cousin show up. And then her cousin showed up and they did not shut up. She was not paying any attention to us or her job. I tried to grab the bags twice and she rotated the bag rotator twice on me. Probably the best Walmart I've been to, outside the one on Oahu. The people are nice, they always have lanes open, the store is clean, and it's never too full. Even though it's a good 15 minutes from where I live, but worth the drive if we need paper plates and antifreeze. read more
