All of them in the store and public were smiling or they call very happy the way i was talking to them about different things like White Elephants and what it means etc... also said to google what is DrJustkidding - this way they were laughing she was asking Maria store manager or Asst manager who speaks Spanish so i could say few words in Spanish and made them laugh with my butler or Asian Indian Thick Spanish accent:) All of them could not resist laughing or smiling.... this is a quick update- this happened on December 11th 2018 around 20:00 hrs Approximately military timings. read more

Dollar Tree is a great place to go for holiday and seasonal items, as well as things like birthday and Christmas cards. They have a great selection of merchandise, but once it's gone- it's gone. Of course, with everything only being $1, you can shop guilt-free without breaking the budget. This is the biggest Dollar Tree I've been inside in the Charleston area and even has a frozen foods section. I'm not sure I'd trust the frozen meat and dairy products, but it's there. They also carry more candy and food items than other Dollar Trees. This Dollar Tree has so much potential, but it misses the mark with cleanliness. When I visited earlier this week, the candy and food aisles were mess. Most of the candies were on the bottoms of the shelves instead of the pegged racks. I also saw old candy from Christmas and even Halloween- yuck. I'll keep shopping at Dollar Tree because it's a great value for a dollar store, but I wouldn't make a longer trek from my house just to shop at this one. read more

We stopped in to grab some Easter candy. This store is huge but seems a little dirty. It isn't well lit. At one point, they only had one register open and the line seemed to move so slowly. Dollar Tree is a good spot to grab gift bags, tissue paper, and cards but I would avoid this location. I noticed they now use the quarter shopping cart system, like Aldi. ....interesting. I think it is a good initiative to keep shopping carts from being left all over the parking lot and have them always available in the store for others to use. read more

I really enjoy shopping at this Dollar Tree location on Rivers Avenue in North Charleston as it seems to be one of the best and well managed locations in the area. You can find some excellent values and gift ideas here and also a few surprises that will have you coming back again and again just to see what you can discoverer. This is not the cleanest or most organized Dollar Tree I've ever been to, but it is large and spacious. I visit this store when I don't feel like fighting the crowds at Walmart (same shopping center) and only need to grab a few items. I came here during the hurricane to pick up LED Flameless Candles - great find!! They also occasionally offer top name brand products. It totally depends on the day. The lines can be a bit long sometimes, but overall, a pretty good location! read more

This Dollar Tree delivers nicely. They always have what you're looking for. Need a strainer at the last minute? They got it. Need a drink? They got it. Though, I do not recommend getting the Donald Duck juices in the back corner. They taste disgusting. I have no idea what makes them taste so nasty. The staff here are a little weird, but that's okay. You might even have to correct them for calling you out of your sex because that's what I had to do. Corrected one of the kids working the register on calling me ma'am. Smh jerk. Granted I am a black man with dreads and it is Covid-19 season, so I had on a mask but still.. That's gay. read more

Normally I would never do a review for Dollar Tree because I think everybody has been there. I just have to say that while walking to my car, an employee physically ran across the parking lot to give a man an item that he left in the store. Most people would just keep it at the register in case he realized that he left it and came back to pick it up. But this woman ran all the way across the parking lot to give this man a single item that was left behind. I love going to the dollar store because they have things that are for a $1 or less that you can't get anywhere else. Big selection of party items. The only thing I've noticed is that the last time I went, the store was very messy and shelves weren't stocked. Everything was in different sections and hard to find. read more

Quality employees working this evening on November 18th. Very pleasant, helpful and friendly while trying to close the store. I love this store for the size and quantity of items, but for the first time I think ever going to Dollar Tree stores, I was pleasantly spoken to with energy still in their voices at the end of their shift. Talk about tunnel vision...I just noticed this Dollar Tree in recent months...after going to the Walmart in the same shopping center for a decade, lol. I've tried to avoid the Walmart in this area, but the little Post Office in the same shopping area has come in handy...that's when I saw the Dollar Tree and decided to check it out after being pretty impressed with the one by Walmart in Goose Creek. They have great stuff for a $1, anything from dry foods, frozen foods, toiletries, household items, and holiday seasonal decorative stuff. I noticed , like Ollies, stuff is cheap.. but when it's gone..it's gone ..sometimes they have it and sometimes not...like scotch tape, clear plastic food containers, pet pawtizer wipes, cat litter are not always available. Due to the rougher clientele of the area, the store is reasonably organized, but shelves can be in disarray at times and lines long. I've found bread thrown in the toiletries section.. not the store's fault. Speaking of bread, the dates r not good to me for consumption, but maybe for baking or making bread pudding, or feeding ducks. read more

I only like Dollar Tree store because 1) everything IS actually a dollar 2) some stuff is total crap. But if you know what you're looking for and at, you can find great things. 3) discounted makeup I've only been in one other dollar store this large before (in TX) and I'd say this one is pretty well stocked. It's pretty clean for a discount store. And obviously, you dont go there for great service haha. Overall I'd say this is one of the better dollar tree stores. read more

This is the biggest Dollar Tree I have ever seen! The staff was helpful and kept plenty of cash registers open. This location is near the WalMart so there is plenty of parking. The majority of shopping cards have the tall pole attached to it so you can't leave with one; however, if you need a regular cart, the associates are happy to "fetch" one for you. read more

So, you know your truly addicted to the dollar tree, when you are out of town and have to stop by one.... this is the largest dollar tree I have ever been in, I spent so much time in here that my bf went back to the car. I don't remember everything I picked up but I know I spent 35 dollars! I know atleast 6 dollars went to some type of chap stick or lip balm and a cute case to put it in. I wish this dollar tree was closer to home or maybe I don't. This place was soooo spacious and everythong had its place. I saw some dishes that I liked at the dollar tree! If my bf was not with me, I would have seriously picked up a set of 2; plate, bowl, saucer and mug .... I should have taken a picture. Im not big on makeup but they had a nice selection along with nail polish and boy were there women on the hunt for color, this is how I got caught up with a lot of lip balm....
