Nice selection of home decor, floral arrangements, accent furniture wall art and a variety of supplies for crafts. Affordable prices and decent selection.

Man oh man!! This store is amazing!! It's super busy especially when all their Christmas is 50% off. I got a little overwhelmed because there is so much holiday stuff. I will have to come in here with my husband because I can't spend all my money in here. Lol

Because every one needs tin chickens and wooden bunnies.

They should rename this dump the snobby lobby -- where the nobodys feel like somebodys and unless you knit or paint, there is nothing a hobbyist with taste would ever want to buy. Its all low end brightly colored plastic crap that makes some people feel so good inside to buy and to accumulate. Gross. It all started innocently enough with a smidge of humorous interest spotting the carnival sized pink flamingos and the rubber Rubber Tree as I walked towards the foyer, until I entered. And then -- laid my eyes upon the many rows of highly depreciating, low value, low quality items. Proactively asking if I needed to check my bag, I got a up and down sneering look and a nod indicating that this was not policy. (She confused her head gesture on such a conveluded question --pssst, it's a slight nice up and a defined move down, not left to right you Yahoo) Then I thought for a moment and I up and downed myself, duh, stain on my thinking as I had on a camo sweatshirt. Lady, my Patek Phillppe watch is worth more than your partner in snickering cohesions car and yours combined. Judgmental to be sure, but the lowly and downtrodden having never been exposed money never will understand more than what they always have been and where they've been. Nothing and nowhere, so best of luck with that. What's also abundantly obvious is CLEARANCE PRICES of 50% to 70%, hell, why not make it 95% while your utilizing 1980, 8th Ave knock off camera signage marketing mentality. It really really works, a one of a kind idea! Visually strip away the chemically induced bright paints and over faded aged woods in an effort to suggest classic American country craftsmanship. The press board made in a particular foreigh country we all have come to know so well will be revealed and that my friends is a very favorable purchase -- But it's discounted 105%! Oh, what a minute -- add 5, carry the one, subtract the 5 again -- I'm confused, but I just know it's a great deal, they wrote it in red! And I'm still looking to uncover the hobby angle the stores name prompted. Oh, I get it -- repaint their $225.00 small dresser with their paint -- lovley concept. Cheaply made kitchen items, seven dollar snowflake print dish towels -- who is buying this crap?

I'm 95% sure I could've easily spent my entire check in here!...I take that back...my entire salary! The store is amazing but I kinda forget about this location. The store is huge. They have something for everyone. It's organized and neat. The aisles are wide. It's packed with merchandise but it's easy to find things. I didn't really see any associates on the floor today but fortunately, I didn't need assistance. I noticed a lot of things on sale. They also had a ton of items by the entrance on sale.

I love going into Hobby Lobby but have noticed as of late they are dwindling down on scrapbooking supplies! Wish they carried more!

The staff was super helpful and knowledgeable, taking the time to answer questions and point me in the right direction without making it feel rushed. Easily one of the best spots in Savannah for art supplies and I'll definitely be back.

A True Gem in Savannah's Art Scene…read more I had the most incredible experience at Blick Art Materials on Broughton while preparing for a watercolor class hosted by my apartment complex. Since I've also been gearing up to launch my own watercolor portrait series for Etsy, I was super excited to gather the right supplies. I came in with a list and a lot of enthusiasm... but also zero clue where to start! Enter Manda, an absolute angel who just knew I needed a little guidance. She kindly circled back to check on me, and I'm SO glad she did. Her warm smile and extensive knowledge made me feel instantly at ease. She gave me a full-on watercolor masterclass right there in the aisle--explaining the types of brushes best suited for portraits, the difference between synthetic and natural hairs, and even how brush length affects technique. Who knew short handles are better for control? She did! When it was time for her to clock out, she passed me on to Cesar, whose calm and caring energy made me feel like I was in expert hands. He's basically the Watercolor Whisperer! Cesar broke down everything--from starter vs pro-level watercolor sets to the difference between cold-pressed and hot-pressed paper textures. Even when other customers waited nearby for his help, he made sure I was fully taken care of before moving on. That level of customer service is rare and deeply appreciated. And let me not forget Chaylei, the radiant cashier with the cutest nose ring and a great sense of humor. Her energy was so fun and light, and she had me cracking up at the register when she found out Cesar's watercolor wizardry. The whole checkout experience felt more like chatting with friends than just making a purchase. The store itself is bright, well-stocked, and gives off a cozy, artist-hangout vibe. You can tell that everyone who works here is passionate about their craft and genuinely cares about helping people explore their creativity. If you're in Savannah--whether you're a SCAD student, an amateur artist, or just curious--this is the only place you need to go. Manda, Cesar, and Chaylei turned what could've been an overwhelming trip into a beautiful, inspiring one. I'll absolutely be back... again and again!

It's two miles off the highway, and you drive through a very unremarkable and plain town, although there is cheap gas!! Once off the highway, there isn't any signage to follow. But don't give up!! It's only about 2 miles away. I talked with the staff person, and this place exists because several local SC artists worked with the governor's office to create this artisans center to support and highlight local SC artists. So, it has the support of the state government. Otherwise, it probably wouldn't exist in this tiny little town. The art is located in an adorable house, and there is ample parking and in the back. As others have commented, there are more than 200 artists that have their work displayed. Prices are also reasonable. I tried to rush through the whole gallery, and it took focus. But, if you are tight on time, 30 minutes is a minimum. They also have a very clean bathroom, if you are looking for a pit stop anyway. I purchased a cutting board, pinch pot, and some hair berets. They have something for everyone, and I took a bunch of photos. I am definitely going to make this a regular stop each time that I drive by. It's one of the most impressive and compressive art stores that I have ever seen. In North Carolina she said that the "southern guild" is kinda like their sister organization, as I guess that the founders of these organizations got together and petitioned the governors' offices at the same time. This place is truly a gem, and I am so happy with my purchases. There are also other items that I didn't purchase, but at least you can see the photos of those items, too.

Lovely shop with art from very talented artists. Nice price range too- fun place to shop!read more
