NEVER and I mean NEVER EVER get tires from this Walmart. They will take your money online for tires. They will tell you they are ready to be picked up in the store. Then, when you get there, wait in line for 30 minutes, they will not be able to find the tires at the automotive counter. Then they will tell you to go to customer service to find the tires. After you wait in line there for 15 minutes, customer service will tell you that you need to go to automotive. Who will say they can't find them and to talk to customer service. After 90 minutes of waiting you will give up on them finding your tires and decide you should just go pay the $20 More per tire elsewhere. Then you will wait in line for another 30 minutes to tell them to refund your money. You will have spent over 2 hours of your life you will never get back. I told you. Worst Wal-Mart ever. Drove all the way out to Milpitas to find some cosmetics that I saw on YouTube. Every brand of cosmetics they carry is out of stock. 70% of shelves were empty. Customer service nightmare pre-Thanksgiving!!! I asked for peanut oil and the first guy told me he's new. I asked the second lady and she asked the first guy!?!?! After finding it MYSELF in a big pile right when you walk in the store, I asked a third guy for a syringe to inject the turkey. He stalled and finally said we ran out. I'm sorry to say this, but I have to. I went to Walmart to buy a micro SD memory card for my Microsoft Lumina phone recently. The sales person was so efficient and fast, that I came home with a useless micro SD memory card. I asked him two or more times if the SD card was for all mobile phones and he said yes at least twice. Well, it is not. I know, it's mostly my fault for not knowing the exact SD card to get before I actually bought one. The only problem is that he was too much in a hurry. The customer service was good. read more

This store is a joke, never ever stepping a foot in this place anymore. I got a bike from them and after couple of weeks tried to return it (was in new condition but I lost the receipt) 1. Customer service (Tara) was absolutely horrible she was yelling and very rude while we were asking with all respect 2. Her manager was even worst, he simply said we don't accept returns while Walmart website clearly says non-receipt items are returnable if you have ID and you can verify the purchase (we had the ID and we even had the card used) 3. Customer service refused to print out the receipt saying its company policy which is a lie (when we asked her why is she refusing to help while there were no store policy printed for receipts or mentioned on Walmart website she yelled we have the right to refuse your return!) 4. Agent said she can't return an item over $25 which is another lie, Walmart website said returnable with no conditions no price limits, only thing is it would be returned with a gift card instead of cash. 5. Can somebody explain to me why there are 7 registers and there are never more than 2 open at any time? There is a line that stretches across the entire store that I have been standing in for 20 minutes watching my ice cream melt and have only moved 5 feet! The self check out area is also closed. If I could give 0 starts I will, so this morning I came to the grocery pick up and I was calling the number that you have to call when you arrive because I had problems with the check in button and I asked the lady that answer the pick up line if she could help me with my order and she said NO!!! I hate this service if you don't have enough employees or good employees working don't open the store this is ridiculous I'm still waiting I have 1 hr and a half parked in the pick up section and I had to go ask inside the store for my order. Don't make your groceries here just go to another pick up place this one is the worst. I called and asked for the manager and the manager didn't answer. I ordered groceries from Walmart online and produce such as the veggies were delivered almost rotten. I don't recommend purchasing fruits or veggies from Walmart groceries online unless you go to the store and select them yourself. I've attempted to call this store a total of 6 times within the last 24 hours after having a string of issues with ordering groceries for pickup. Not one time was I connected to an associate. I called multiple numbers and chose multiple extensions and was either disconnected or the phone rang and rang (two times it rang for 4 minutes straight) with no answer. I understand that the store is busy, I've worked retail before, I get it, but you should at least have one employee that can pick up the phone! This review is specific for the auto center. I had the most unpleasant experience here, even a used tire shop has better customer service and more respect for their customers. My appointment was at 8:30 am, I had to wait 15 minutes to be helped only to be told that my tires had arrived but they couldn't locate them. Finally at 9:06 they tell me they found them and my car will be serviced. I did some shopping while I waited, at 10:30 am i checked with them since it had been an hour and half and they had not called me. There is no one at the counter, after 10 min I find out that my car was not yet serviced, that the tire installation will take 1.5 hours and they barely got started. The techs were rude and disrespectful, they could care less about people's time. Robinson specifically kept on laughing and making rude comments to customers. As we were speaking to the manager he walked around as he ate a doughnut, smiling and simply letting us know he just didn't care. I spoke to the manager Kylee (who had helped them find the tires) and she was understanding and apologetic, she offered to waive the 34 dollars for the installation and for having to wait 4 hrs total for something that should have taken 1 HR. Complete waste of time today. Return line wrapped all the way back to eyewear with only one person helping customers. Oh yea, there was a second person (Analyn). But seems like her "friend" was in line, and after returning items she let the friend purchase all the new items in her cart (obviously she knew to shop before doing the return). And then after that, the service person just left and went off to the side with her friend. She had absolutely NO CONSIDERATION FOR CUSTOMERS in line, or even for her colleague. I get that Analyn may have seniority, but maybe she is better suited for collecting carts or wiping carts with sanitizer, since all she wants to do is talk to her friends. She also didnt have her nametag on and wanted to know "what did I need it for". Well Analyn....this is why! Protect your brand Walmart! If you park near--and enter through--the garden center, then you can easily avoid having to find a parking and dodging crowds at the main entrance. It still won't get rid of the horrible smell once you step out of your car, however. Aside from that, Walmart prices always seem to be the lowest for many items (e.g. Car oil at Walmart beats the prices at Kragen's or AutoZone by a mile) But that's about all that's good about Walmart. If you go here, you'll probably notice the large number of geriatric employees that are asian and female. I think it's a little sad, because they should be retired. The only cons about this store is that they do not sell produce as the one on Story Rd does. Before you read my review, know that the tire center here is awesome. the staff knows what they are talking about and they love their jobs and being helpful...and not just with tires. they will help you find the right oil, parts, or whatever for your car and walk out into the store to locate it with you. now for the rest of the store. It's a dirty, indoor fleamarket dump. nothing is stocked well, prodcuts with open boxes are the common thing here, it has not been upgraded like every other walmart in the surrounding area has, and it always seems to have a funky smell. The Staff is terrible. they dont know anything and I have even been told to find the price of something myself...that was a "wow" moment for me. read more

Last Sunday, I walked into the store with my mom and grandma and noticed there was no frozen foods stuff. No meats and neither the packaged deli section. There are still some dairy out but rest not here. They also shut down the Customer Service and the Vision Center. The reason because there was a fire on top of the roof and it was the solar panel burning and did not burn inside of the store. At night, there was no light in front of the entrance and inside of the entrance. I found it on the news and there's a fire last Saturday. Hope we need the frozen foods and the meats back but takes a while to get it back. read more

There were not a lot of registers open for customers. The lines were very clustered. The wait was really long for small and large purchases.

Went in at 715am for an oil change. 3 others ahead of me. They finished at 10am. Ridiculously long. They have only one operating lift causing the huge slowness. Better to spend the extra $5 and get it done at another center which is what I did on subsequent oil changes. It took me just 30min after calling them to ensure I'll be attended to immediately. No such perks avail at Walmart. You just have to go in and pray that nobody's ahead of you. read more

I called, got an automated message, and had myself transferred to a customer service representative so that I could ask if they carried an item before I drove all the way there. I shop here on regular basis but that's about to change. Some months ago Walmart Milpitas started their scan and go program which made the Walmart shopping experience tolerable. That changed suddenly without notice. I launched the app on my phone and it Stated that I was not in a scan and go store. I asked an associate what was going on and they had no idea. Worst pick-up experience, EVER! I purchased a set of four tires on Walmart.com and they should be ready for pick up before Apr 17. Now it's 19th. Only one of the tires is ready for pick up; the other three are being "processed" at the store. I called the store but every one I spoke with said I need to be transferred to the right department. Went there to return an online purchase today. spent 45 minutes in the line waiting for my turn since the customer service was extremely slow. Everyone in the line was complaining. Finally I got my turn. I was returning some merchandise that came in a thin shipping bag that would need to be ripped in order to get the merchandise out. Since I could see that the color of items didn't match the description on the website, I didn't open the inner package. The asian lady with short hair who is apparently their team lead was helping with my return. She was squeezing the items into a ripped and small bag and I reminded her that the items may get damaged. She started talking to me very rudely and said I am supposed to provide a shipping bag. At the end she just printed me a shipping label and told me to go to Fedex to ship it myself! It's so hard to return items to Walmart and rude customer service makes it worse. read more
