Do not use the Bakery. We called a placed an order a week before a party needing 48 cupcakes for a 50th birthday. Got there an no order was done. They acted like we were stupid and don't place this order. Need better help and more responsible people. No one around town uses this place because of it. Do better Walmart. read more

I made an appointment to have my car serviced (oil change) last night via the website appointment app. The appointment was for noon today. I arrived at the Walmart Auto Center on Harding Highway in Lima, Ohio, about 11:55 a.m. I was told there would be a 90-minute wait! According to the Auto Center manager, they don't use the appointment app, it is only in-person, first come, first served. WTF! If you are not going to use the website appointment app - why is it active? And if the appointment app is active, why do you not use it? I was so disgusted that I left. I wasn't going to wait 90 minutes for a service that was supposed to start at noon. I have no problem if they don't want to use the appointment app (although I think they should), but if they don't, DEACTIVATE it!! read more

Not a whole lot to say other than it's your typical Walmart. This one is a super Walmart in that it also has a grocery store. Like most Walmart's I go to, I find it looking a big dingy and old and product displays were a bit disheveled. I used the self-checkout lane and the worker there helped me put away the hangers that I was taking the shirts off of, so good customer service. read more

Like the convenience and the location, however they need to go back to 24 hr. Yes I understand covid put things on hold and places have a hard time hiring people but when shelves are not stocked and the associates are trying their best to stock shelves and have to assist customers. A lot of things are suffering and neither are getting done. Walmart eastside use to be a premium place to shop, however I have gone to other stores in and out of town to get what I need. I traveled to KY from MI for a college visit and purchase some merchandise from the Troy OH WalMart. Upon my return I stopped at Lima (Harding Highway) Walmart to refuel and do my holiday dinner shopping in addition to return the merchandise I no longer need with my valid receipt and had no damage(it was in my trunk for 7 hours). The customer service explained because they did not have those items on file I could not return or exchange them in the store. It's impossible for any consumer to know what merchandise is sold in other Walmart stores. Therefore it's always best to keep your receipts (My advice for all purchase because I'm an accountant). The customer service rep gave me the option to either return to Troy OH (2.5 hours from my home) or just chalk up the $25 loss. That seems highly unfair when I shop at Walmart stores in MI 3x weekly. Therefore consumers be aware that if you did not purchase the merchandise from Harding Highway Store you may not be able to return it. To think I was still going to do my holiday dinner shopping until my son said no we need to go. I have made a formal customer service complaint and the Better Business Bureau is next. It's not the point of the $25 it's the principle of being a consumer who has a valid receipt. I should be able to exchange and/or return any merchandise purchase when there's no written explanation on my receipt or store signage that states otherwise. read more

Stay away! Need grocery's? Half the time shelves are not stocked, we had to go to three different stores to get what we needed just because the shelves were not stocked. For being a relatively newly remodeled store, awful dirty as well. Not a whole lot of pride going on in this store! Go to Kroger in Saint Mary's, you will not be disappointed, even Meijer's in Lima is a thousand times better! read more

I called on a Friday to get a cake for my daughters birthday party. I waited on hold for an extremely long time (fine, it's Friday so I understand). This lady answers so angry. Speaks to me like a total piece of crap. I ask do they make strawberry flavor and she said with a HUGE attitude, "I TOLD YOU WE HAVE CHOCOLATE, VANILLA AND MARBLE!". Got it...didn't know it was that serious. I said never mind and hung up. I called Kroger in Kenton since I'm in between. The lady was super nice and went out of her way to make my daughters cake special. It tasted delicious and looked wonderful. Lima WALMART IS THE WORST. read more

Went to the tire lube express at Wal-Mart. Got a oil change. But staff was constantly on smartphones. Tire pressure for my car is supposed to be 45-50 lbs. They reduced them all to 35 lbs. read more
