They…read moredon't refill my prescriptions correctly so I have to get ahold of insurance to call them and fix it EVERYTIME, they always have my prescription delayed for a week or more before they can gill it while they have been told by insurance its preauthed and insurance covers it (i check with insurance and my dr each time). Then this time they tell me in phone call and on their app that my prescription is IN STOCK and then days after when I'm going to pick it up they SUDDENLY don't have it in stocks and have no idea why someone would tell me it is but THEIR APP says in stock and ready for pickup. Then after speaking to them and being told this crap the app suddenly says delayed and out of stock... mhm right. Sounds to me like one of the workers gave my prescription to someone else. So now, not only am I without my meds, but now I have to wait 3 days after I'm supposed to take it before I will be able to take it. Way to screw your clients Walgreens. After this, I don't recommend Walgreens to anyone. Go somewhere else. It's not worth it and they don't care that they screw up and screw the people needing the meds for health reasons.

When I arrived at the Pharmacy window, several members of the Pharmacy were standing around and chatting, and completely disregarded me. It was blatantly rude. I came back a few weeks later because my glucometer was malfunctioning. I asked for assistance with caliberating the glucometer. The employee said she didn't know how to do it and asked if I had manual. I said no, the manual was at home. I am capable of reading the manual myself. I don't need someone to read it for me. They have a sign up in the Pharmacy that says "Your Diabetes Management expert." This could not be farther from the truth. I would not recommend this Pharmacy.

Whether it be nail polish, make up, snacks, greeting card, they always seem to have what I forgot. There store is always very clean and neat. The ladies that work there have always been super nice and very helpful. They are a little more expensive than going to your local grocery store, but I have no problem with paying a little extra for the convenience.

My daughter went in and just bought a pre made cake instead. When we cut it up to serve it, we found pieces of sliced up plastic inside it. We couldn't serve a single piece for fear of someone getting injured ! We called to let the bakery know what had happened, but we were transferred to a supervisor named Tommy, who got angry with us and began to cuss at us. Needless to say, we will NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM MEIJER AGAIN!. I am just thankful that we found the sharp plastic pieces before any one swallowed them.
