When I arrived at the Pharmacy window, several members of the Pharmacy were standing around and chatting, and completely disregarded me. It was blatantly rude. I came back a few weeks later because my glucometer was malfunctioning. I asked for assistance with caliberating the glucometer. The employee said she didn't know how to do it and asked if I had manual. I said no, the manual was at home. I am capable of reading the manual myself. I don't need someone to read it for me. They have a sign up in the Pharmacy that says "Your Diabetes Management expert." This could not be farther from the truth. I would not recommend this Pharmacy.

Whether it be nail polish, make up, snacks, greeting card, they always seem to have what I forgot. There store is always very clean and neat. The ladies that work there have always been super nice and very helpful. They are a little more expensive than going to your local grocery store, but I have no problem with paying a little extra for the convenience.

Due to negligence on the pharmacy tech and pharmacists' part I have now gone two days without…read moremedication. They gave me a partial script without informing me that I would need to get a new refill from my doctor, so when I went back to get the rest of my medication they stated they couldn't do anything about it and their hands were tied. It was their mistake and negligence and lack of information that created this issue and they made no attempts to help. The girl with the blue hair and glasses was the one that did not give me the proper information needed. I will never use this CVS again. People in healthcare should take more care in the importance of their job and the duty to do make sure customers don't go without the medications they need. Not to mention the medication I was originally going to refill had been in their system for weeks so they absolutely should have been prepared for me to be there for my prescription and to have that in stock. This is unacceptable.
