I cant believe no one has reviewed this place yet…read more Aside from eating as much Kewpee's as I can when I come to visit Lima, I try to eat as much of The Wine Sellers pizza as I can. The Wine Sellers is a liquor store that happens to make the best pizza in all of Lima, OH! I love that I can go in, grab a 6 pack of beer, grab a pie and go! The only down side is that it IS just a liquor store, so there is no seating. Its strictly take out. Their crust and sauce tastes like they put wine in it. It has a sweet taste but it isnt overbearing. Its just simply amazing! The cheese is the right amount and is just delightful! Also they cut the pizza into tiny squares, and for some reason, for me, it always makes the pizza taste better when its cut into sqaures. My aunt used to live next door, and I would walk to the Wine Seller on an almost daily basis to fulfill all my candy, drink and pizza needs! Can't wait to get back to Lima and have a couple slices!

I have pretty much spent the past two months in Berne. After getting over the initial depression of…read morebeing stuck in Berne for 8+ weeks, I can now say that there are a couple bright spots. One big one? Earthen Treasures. On first glance, you wouldn't think there was a healthy deli/restaurant in this place, which looks (and is) more of a natural food store than a restaurant. The food is made fresh; I've tried a good amount of items from the menu, and can wholly recommend the california pizza, turkey greek salad, cobb salad, and any of the sandwiches. The sides are a little small and the vegetables are usually two or three pieces of carrots/celery, but that's not a big deal.

I'm diabetic and requested Swerve sugar alternative and they started carrying both granulated and…read moreconfectioners. They sell Now essential oils and an assortment of other brands including Thieves at a good price along with all the varied needs there:. Bottles, sprays, rollers, Diffusers. Cauliflower pizza crusts, snacks, cooking ingredients like ghee and other specialty items, vitamins, supplements, make up, soaps. They have so much to see and a very knowledgeable staff to help you. The restaurant part is closed, however. A real treasure for specialty items for your health that cost an arm and a leg elsewhere. Love this place. Worth the drive.

It's hard for me to separate my nostalgia to write an objective review. There's something about a…read moreplace that does not have bar code scanners, brings groceries to your car, and has 'funny' grocery carts that just has a place in my heart. Yes, there's a limited selection, but the staff will do what they can to help; there's also a pretty awesome meat counter and bakery, and greenhouse/landscaping supplies. This is always the first place I go when venturing out in Putnam County-have to support the local business if you want it there. The quality of their meet and baked goods is top notch and all the high school kids that work there are usually pretty helpful too.

People are friendly and prices on other things are equally competitive. Zero complaints. They have a large selection of roasted coffees. Need to try some soon. Pros: 1. Meats, overall, are a GREAT value. We bought a…read morepork loin, 10 lbs of party chicken wings, and a couple of bags of chicken leg quarters, as well as three BEAUTIFUL, well-marbled cut ribeye steaks. The prices and quality were PHENOMENAL! The whole young chickens looked great. So did the bulk meat portions. The beef is not only AFFORDABLE, it is well-marbled. 2. The staff is friendly and extremely helpful and they stay on top of the merchandising, fronting items as soon as one is removed. 3. They roast their own coffee beans. 4. Their product selection is second-to-NONE. 5. They actually have un-homogenized milk, which I LOVE. 6. The frozen food selection will blow you away! 7. They are very, VERY busy. To me, this is a flex. I saw so many cars, I couldn't wait to go inside. Cons: 1. If the use-by date is important to you, it is important to check them on many items. Cereal, mayo, eggs, milk. . . 2. I wish they would remove . . . "oxidized" . . . cut meats. Some of the pre-cut beef was quite gray and caused my wife to have some doubts. The (very) few discolored meats and the really short use-by dates caused my wife some trepidation. We would have purchased much more, were it not for these two things. Will we go again? ABSOLUTELY. Next time, we're bringing our daughter, who has an entire basketball team to feed. Do I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY!. Just go in with your eyes open. The selection will blow your mind. It's worth the long drive.

Both their nuggets and tenders are out of this world, and unquestionably better than Cane's (which is overrated imo). All-in-all, the food is great, the ciders are excellent, always has friendly service, and it's a super chill place to come on the weekend if you want a laid back place with out the routy crowd.

This is one of those places that non-locals will make fun of you for; 'a drive through liquor…read morestore' they might call it. But we all know you can't buy liquor here-you have to go to Rite Aid for that. Brookys is everything you could want and expect in a gas station/carry out/garage with a drive through and a decent pizza (and other hot menu items). If you're not from the area, getting your pizza at a gas station may sound ridiculous. But trust me, it's worth the experience. And pick it up in the drive through for the full experience. One of three places you can order a pizza in Glandorf, Ohio...that's an economics case study right there.
