I have insurance, insurance denied the name brand because there is an OTC version. Did she at any moment tell my daughter that is the reason? No, she just tells her that it is denied. And does she still want it? Well, yes. Her dr wanted her to take this stuff. $19!!! I called my insurance to find out why the denial and find out the reasoning and they tell me the OTC name. Called the walmart pharmacy and the person who answered the phone declares it wasn't her that helped her. Talk to the pharmacist and he sounded gobsmacked that nobody suggested the OTC instead. Informed him that they ripped off a college student who could use that money for things like books and whatnot. Guess lesson learned for my daughter, demand to know what the denial is about and then ask about alternatives. By the way, I can get her prescription drug from Chewy. Been buying it for months for my dog!!!

I called and the manager was very nice and accommodating. The Pharmacy is great for prescriptions that are needed right away or for a short time. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

I've had a few pharmacist who are either slow of look at like you as a criminal because of 2 out of my prescriptions. Despite the other 12 that are a result of 2 strokes, a heart cath and a sever head injures that have let to moderate cognitive decline. I want to sat think you to these very kind people ! The assistant who was very pleasant took me back to get my shots. She went to get all my shots, then returned. She proceeded to list the shots in front of her. She says hep b so I said I thought we decided on A & B. She went back out to check on why it wasn't the A & B. The tech I mentioned before came back in with a horrible tone telling me you realize the shot is a $1000.00 & now I don't want it? I was not saying I didn't want the vaccine, but wasn't understanding why there could be a mistake on a conversation just minutes ago. Maybe it didn't get in the computer after our conversation who knows. Nothing against the lady giving the shot, but the tech was rude & trying to shame me by stating the price. The shot lady giving the shots asked if I still wanted it I told her I didn't want them be out $1000.00 I should have refused and it would been my right regardless. I will most likely get the second one at a different location. I have never had an issue in the past with anything with this pharmacy, but shaming a customer isn't professional.
