If you're familiar with Costco locations, this one is not unlike any others you'll visit around the country. They've got the Kirkland brand staples, though I was sad to see not very many local Montana things to try. It was busy for a weekday afternoon, but not as busy as I've seen Costco locations get on a weekend. Overall, not a ton to report here, it was clean, the hot dog lunch we enjoyed was on par with any other location, and we found what we came looking for.

After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

They have a good selection and variety and offer great stuff at great prices. I come here for a lot of my international foods and furniture, home stuff and kitchen stuff. I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. I called and the manager was very nice and accommodating. The Pharmacy is great for prescriptions that are needed right away or for a short time. The staff are very helpful and pleasant.

So out of desperation, my wife and I decided that I would run down to the holiday gas station in the hopes that their coffee might be decent, as many gas stations have Luke warm and barely mediocre coffee as well. I was so incredibly surprised that they had multiple types of fresh whole bean coffee where they grind the beans immediately when you make the cup and it was so good. Just about as good as premium coffee joints, like Starbucks, and even better than city brew. What an incredible and pleasant surprise. It's just too bad that even when you pay $360 for the top suite at Homewood suites, their coffee is disgusting and terrible. Bravo to holiday for having such an incredible coffee, selection of fresh beans for immediate grinding and enjoying. I didn't have time to look at all the other great selection of stuff they had there but I am feeling that it's probably pretty good.

About 1-1/2 hours later, I received a phone call from them - they had found rack of lamb in the freezer. The company buys case lots of over runs gets them for pennies on the dollar then re-sale to us for the dollar. Personal note in Seattle they had a second hand store that you could sell your own products. Dollar tree also has tools and other items that I would buy for a dollar group in two and sell for 5.00 some I would sell for 4.50 the percentage from the store was 10% of sale, all I had to do is once a week restock. Point of this is the quality of the products are worth more then a dollar to those buying who didnt think to shop in the dollar store. Did I get Rich? No but I did last year make 640.00 just when I was in town I made 2 stops, yeah Im retired so it was something to do.
