Brenda didn't believe us and took her sweet time to walk over and double check . The turkey was indeed .99 cents a pound. When she returned we thanked her , but got no response . She was extremely rude . She had to get an override to update the price , after the override , our price went from .99 cents a pound to the turkey total being $223,91. We told the lady something was wrong. She checked and sure enough Brenda input the wrong price . $223.91 for the $15.00 turkey. Brenda then returned to override the original override . The tech I mentioned before came back in with a horrible tone telling me you realize the shot is a $1000.00 & now I don't want it? I was not saying I didn't want the vaccine, but wasn't understanding why there could be a mistake on a conversation just minutes ago. Maybe it didn't get in the computer after our conversation who knows. Nothing against the lady giving the shot, but the tech was rude & trying to shame me by stating the price. The shot lady giving the shots asked if I still wanted it I told her I didn't want them be out $1000.00 I should have refused and it would been my right regardless. I will most likely get the second one at a different location. I have never had an issue in the past with anything with this pharmacy, but shaming a customer isn't professional.
