The staff was friendly and helpful, and the store is easy to shop and well stocked for a small mountain community. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that seems to come with being the only option in a remote tourist town. If I were planning a trip with a larger family, I would probably do a bigger shop in Billings before coming in and just use Beartooth Market for quick top-ups and forgotten items. Overall, it's a solid local grocery store that gets the job done and has a welcoming, small-town feel.

We purchased some delicious ribeye steaks to barbecue, as well as some homemade apple pie. The following day, we also picked up a couple of sandwiches from their deli. The store owners were very friendly, and we will miss the welcoming atmosphere that is often lost outside of Montana. Michael & Christina from Orange County, California

The store is stocked with staple ingredients you would expect from an Amish market, which makes it worth browsing beyond just the bakery items. I ordered a breakfast sandwich that was made to order and really good, and also grabbed a Danish to go. Everything felt fresh and simple in a good way. It's perfect for families or solo and honestly would make a beautiful venue for a wedding. There is a petting zoo, a playroom and a corn pit specifically for kiddos. There is a handcrafted, leather and iron goods along with various art pieces in the gallery. There is a wool craft studio where you can make your own woven pieces or buy yarn and already made pieces. There is a soap and candle room and everything will smell amazing. Why I stopped originally there is a cheese cave where you can taste artisan cheeses and get local made food products if you want to watch the cheese being made they currently are doing that on Fridays and are talking about expanding it to Fridays and Monday. There's also a restaurant that specializes in Panini's and milkshakes. It might be one of the best milkshakes I've ever had. Wheelchair accessibility. This place is actually quite accessible. There are a couple barriers that I will list here so that you're aware. There are accessible parking spots in both sides of the parking lot and most of the trails are paved or hard packed gravel. There are a couple places on the gravel paths where they transition to a pave path where the transition is worn away a little bit so there might be a bump up of about an inch. And all of the doors are heavy, quite heavy. If you want to go down into the cheese cave, there is a lift that's located by the children's playroom. It's one of the ones where you have to hold the button the whole time and even a little bit after you arrive otherwise the door will not unlock. The bathrooms are a little bit tight inside the mill, but the ones up by the children's playroom and the soap store are very accessible, but the door is heavy.
