Coffee and a restroom was the plan and both were achieved. The restroom was clean. The coffee station had cups and fresh coffee and creamers. And really, that's all I needed today. The parking lot was clear from litter, the convenience store was in good shape and the coffee was okay. A good stop just off I-90 heading east. [Review 17131 overall - 47 in Montana - 647 of 2022.]

They certainly live up to the term "convenience" store, because in addition to snacks and drinks, there are canned goods, cleaning supplies, toys, tools, fishing gear, fresh produce(!), frozen meals, cooking and baking supplies, and even ammunition. Oh, and reasonably priced gasoline as well! We made more than one stop here during our stay in nearby Chico, and I know we'd seek it out again on a return trip. Whatever you're looking for, or forgot at home, you're likely to find it here. Very recommended!

Todays event, involved me buying the wrong product. Before i left the counter and pointed it out, she started screaming at me like a mad woman. Telling me i should realize what i am buying before i buy it. The earlier incident last month was for the same type of situation. She blew her top because I inquired as to why the Coffee is always luke warm??? Difference being today, JO, literally grabbed misc. items of the shelfs and threw and hit me with them. This transaction and event took place on February 10th, 2023 at 11:56am MT-Time. I wish i had the contacts to secure and time stamp the instore video. Including gasoline me and my family spend $8000 to $10,000 a year at TJS. I get along with ALL the other employees. When i go into a business to do a transaction, I expect to be treated as a respectful customer. I'm doing nothing more than spending my hard earned money there. At times in the thousands of transactions i do every year, sometimes a mistake is made. As a professional in the customer service industry. I've never asked for more from JO, than whats described in her job description. And for a employee, with a History of being unable to control her emotion and resort to verbal screaming and physical assault, is far beyond the scope of her service duties and for reasons i don't know, crosses the line into "Something Personal". I am a Business Owner. I have employees. If any of my employees treated my customers in that manner. That employee would be terminated, immediately! For the remainder of the TJs staff. Thank You for treating me like the customer I am and the minutes of chit chat we have throughout the weeks. Sincerely, Robert W. Gunstrom Jr Owner- Digital Warfare Records and Shirts
