I went to the photo department to have a passport photo taken. The clerk was busy so I waited patiently for my turn. Was very pleasant to her & she was very negative about my hair for my photo. Keep touching my hair and made me very uncomfortable. Told her maybe I should come back a different day. She really made me feel terrible and was definitely overwhelmed in her department. Could benefit from some guidance in kindness. What she was requiring of me to do with my hair isn't listed on the government website as a requirement. Pretty confusing what she was doing. read more

I called this evening about a prescription issue, not involving this pharmacy, and the technician, IN TRAINING, WAS BEYOND FANTASTIC!

I absolutely had the worst experience due to one of the employees. I have always came to a Walgreens, and always supported this corporation but unfortunately people need to be fired an older lady by the name of Linda denied printing my photos when in the past I've been able to get them printed. I understand that this time might be busy, but there was no one at the printing booth and it took about 20 minutes for someone to come help me when no one was in the store, when I asked if I could print out photos for my sister funeral the next day she said it's Christmas insinuating, that I knew that they were busy, but this was my only time to do it because I got off work and I asked very kindly. This woman needs to lose her job. I understand if you are annoyed because it is busy but I also work in a busiest establishment where customer service is valued and unfortunately this individual did not value customer service very much so disrespected me whether it was about my race or my looks. I was 3,000 miles from home. My husband has severe mobility issues and his rollator was falling apart so we went to Walgreens to purchase a new one. That night one of the legs bent into . Horrible. I had picked Walgreens to have my prescription transferred to from out of state. I had 2 refills left. It has been 2 months since requested transfer. Nothing shows on Walgreens that I have prescription....both refills have now expired!! No way to get a new one until I get job, insurance, new doctor. 2:13 pm. Right now 13 people are clustered in a line waiting for Walgreens on Grande to open from some arbitrary break so they can get the walk-in COVID shots. Last round we were all turned away and told they would open back up at 2pm (despite their site saying they would remain open I've been here to the pharmacy twice today for mine and been turned away both times. If I could give no stars I would.. Horrible customer service they can't explain why scripts can't be filled and u cannot get ur prescription unless u are completely out and going through withdrawal.. lost my script and has yet to tell me if its been found so I switched more recently refused to give my husband his script because he picked up the previous one late. They think they are doctors and do not follow what the doctor writes to be more specific. read more

We were forced to move here from another pharmacy due to insurance reasons. They are so slow and never have enough staff to accommodate the amount t of people waiting for their prescriptions. It's almost painful going to pick up prescriptions. I would much rather go elsewhere but this location is good. read more

I have been on hold for 15 waiting to talk to someone. Just figured I would write this review and be productive with my time. What a joke!

Walgreens on 3333 Grand Ave must hire people in the pharmacy that can't get hired anyplace else. They have absolutely no people skills and look for ways not to solve a problem. They gave me the wrong test strips for my glucose meter and Because the product was in a sealed card board box I couldn't see them, other than a sketchy picture , however I did tell the clerk I didn't think they were the right strips. She said I could bring them back if they were wrong as long as the box wasn't opened. I took them home and compared the picture to my test strips at home and they were wrong. Took them back and a different clerk interrogated me as to who said I could return them. This went on for 5 minutes or more and I finally asked to speak with a manager. He said I'd have to come inside and ask for the "upfront" manager. I did, and she Said it wasn't her department and took me back to pharmacy. Explained problem for 3rd time and the interrogation with the young male clerk continued. I was explaining to the actual pharmacist and he kept interrupting. I asked him politely to not interrupt and he became belligerent and angrily said good bye about 3 times. I told him I would be contacting the corporate office. This same clerk has always been rude each time I have stopped in the pharmacy. I can not believe the rudeness and arrogance of this individual. He would be a good garbage collector where he didn't have to work with the public. I've had goats with more personality and smarts than this snotty creep. And to know that he has all my personal info. This Walgreens deserves a minus 0!! read more
