The assistant who was very pleasant took me back to get my shots. She went to get all my shots, then returned. She proceeded to list the shots in front of her. She says hep b so I said I thought we decided on A & B. She went back out to check on why it wasn't the A & B. The tech I mentioned before came back in with a horrible tone telling me you realize the shot is a $1000.00 & now I don't want it? I was not saying I didn't want the vaccine, but wasn't understanding why there could be a mistake on a conversation just minutes ago. Maybe it didn't get in the computer after our conversation who knows. Nothing against the lady giving the shot, but the tech was rude & trying to shame me by stating the price. The shot lady giving the shots asked if I still wanted it I told her I didn't want them be out $1000.00 I should have refused and it would been my right regardless. I will most likely get the second one at a different location. I have never had an issue in the past with anything with this pharmacy, but shaming a customer isn't professional.

Last week I stood in line inside to get a prescription. I was first in line (someone at the counter) and waited 35 minutes while staff tried to work out that person's insurance issue. At one point they had 3 staff looking at the computer. Instead of pulling her aside to the consult window they ignored the line that disappeared around the corner. When I was finally seen the prescription that had been sent at 10am (an inhaler and z-pack) still wasn't ready (it was 6pm). Now I'm in the drive through line. I have been here for a full hour. I've been sitting AT THE WINDOW for 10 minutes. No one has even looked in my direction. Yesterday I came to pick up this prescription and the pharmacy was just randomly closed, without explanation, on a Tuesday. Update: At the window without acknowledgment of any sort for 12:00. It would have continued but I laid on the horn when I realized I'd been sitting in line so long I WAS STARTING TO BLEED THROUGH MY TAMPON! The irony of the sign on their window asking their staff to be treated with kindness and respect and they're making us sit for an hour in our own blood... The app makes me give a star, but if I could give zero stars, I would!

I ended up going to the Emergency pharmacy which also waited a long time getting the script from her. That I had to call again to tell them this is crucial for me. The employees are VERY nice. Sometimes almost too nice if that's possible... they tend to chat a lot with customers while others are waiting to check out. If you're in a hurry it can be a little annoying. But at the end of the day, "too nice" is better than surly or cranky. Great wine selection with great pricing. Everything else in the store is high priced but if you something fast, this place is a good choice to get in and out. One gripe: That ridiculously long receipt they give you with all the coupons. First off, they're only good for a couple of days. Second, all the coupons really do is make those particular items more in line with pricing just about anywhere else.
