this company is a complete waste of your time. They create so many hoops for you to jump through. It is even worth it to you. After 20 hours of wasted time jumping through hoops ,they finally approved me to donate plasma. So I go in to donate only to find a nurse on a power trip has created more hoops for me to jump through. It is not worth your time go to Grifols. It's a much better establishment, workers are more professional, cleaner environment, a lot less hoops. read more

Staff is extremely unfriendly and not well trained. I have received multiple large bruises from missed injection sites, then get deferred for them giving me said bruise. They will also defer for undiagnosed medical problems beyond your control. Lastly, wait times are excessive despite staff loitering around and sections not being used. Overall, rarely if ever had a positive experience. read more

I am a returning donor. Have been very impressed with the nursing staff, very friendly lady at the front desk, and of course, the phlebotomists (sp). They are all professional, and work very hard:). I have asked questions, and they are very gracious to answer them thoroughly. They must do hundreds of sticks a day, yet, I feel like I am the only one that matters:). I called to ask them about their compensation. The woman on the phone referred me to the website and told me to sign up to find out. She refused to tell me how much they pay when I pressed her. I visited the website to find an expired coupon that ended a week ago and the website told me to call the same number I did before for compensation information. I don't know what they're doing, but they're not very good at it. Place in the the height seems much better and they are transparent with their compensation because they apparently pay more. read more

The staff are absolutely wonderful. I was donating twice a week and dropped down to once weekly because there wait time has been to long. I'm on my feet 10 hours a day at work and has just been hard to be on my feet waiting. Hopefully Biolife will open a new building in Billings, MT. read more

Okay, I have given plasma in three different cities at four different companies. This one is by far the fastest, the cleanest and has the best hours. And WIFI!!!!The fact that I can make appointments and not have to come in and wait an hour just to get a bed and then fifteen minutes to get "stuck". This place I am in a bed and being prepped within fifteen minutes of arrival. I have never been able to give plasma and be at work on time by 8am... I make $20 less a week then the first place I ever gave but the conveinience is worth it. read more

I have given plasma before in other states and the employees by far were the most courteous and professional phlebotmists I have encountered so far. Other places treated the myself and other customers as if we needed the extra cash to purchase drugs. The only knock was the policy on paying the person who turned me on to this facility. I didn't know the last name of a co-worker who toold me about it. Its not someone I see everyday. I finally got his info in time for my 3rd visit and the said it was to late to pay him. I informed them of the situation on the first meeting and they appeared to be ok with it until it was time to pay. Other than that my experience has always been a pleasant one read more

I've donated plasma twice here. It's the only two times I've ever donated and I unfortunately did not respond well. The environment though was very clean, they were very fast and attentive but unfortunately I just wasn't feeling well. The first time I was really nervous and I let my nerves get the best of me. The second time I don't know what was wrong but the nurse suggested I don't do it again, that it's not for some people. But even though I didn't donate enough to use, they still were kind and caring and I even still got compensated. If I could donate again, I would absolutely return here. read more

Tried a few times and never had a good experience. Poorly trained staff that pretend they actually have legitimate medical training beyond phlebotomy. Could never get anyone that could start the IV in my left arm without fileting me. Was left sitting in a puddle of blood twice when the poorly placed needle came out, had to wait for them to finish their conversation first. Not worth the $20 for an average of two hours. read more
