I met with Kristy Martin one of their resident Nurse Practitioners for a physical and just had a…read morereally warm, human experience, she didn't hurry the appointment and showed genuine care for my health and my family. I also appreciated that without prompting she spoke about future appointments and indicated that they wanted to continue providing care. The blood draw staff was kind as well, and the follow up mail for lab results was comprehensive. Can't speak to the main Doctor, as I haven't seen him for an appointment yet, but overall a very positive experience.

Friendly and helpful staff...my donation was smooth but 3 individuals all sitting around me had issues. The nurse and techs were very impressive in handling these issues with professionalism and dignity and grace. All 3 were much better after their attention to the situations. No complaints so far...there have been issues..and my digital fingerprints don't take...but nothing in their control. Hope to continue my donation journey here for a long time.

I have had nothing but positive experiences with Heights Eyecare. The doctors and staff have always…read morebeen kind, professional, and respectful, and I've received excellent care every time I've visited. After reading the negative review, I felt compelled to share my experience. From what I personally witnessed, the interaction was not as it has been portrayed. The employee was subjected to racist and abusive language, No employee should ever have to tolerate that kind of behavior while simply doing their job. It's disappointing to see someone criticize a business while leaving out their own conduct. Every workplace has a responsibility to provide a safe and respectful environment for both employees and patients, and I don't fault Heights Eyecare for supporting their staff in the face of abusive behavior. I highly recommend Heights Eyecare to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable professionals who truly care about their patients.
