This clinic has a serious staffing and leadership problem, as of March 2026. Previously, this has…read moremainly been the walk in clinic my household reaches for when in a pinch, so a few days ago we didn't hesitate when we had a medical need again. But to our very concerning dismay... I was treated horrifically and denied any care. And yes, I did already contact DHS and file an official human civil rights complaint, since this is against federal law to turn away anyone needing immediate care.
For some background info, currently in March 2026, in the year of our Lord, a check in front desk employee became very visibly upset when I told her I was sick and needing care. She demanded that I put a mask on. I kindly informed her that I wasn't able to, and currently struggling to breathe (I was there needing a chest X-ray to check for pneumonia or something similar). She told me I would need to go wait outside if I wouldn't wear a mask, and was full of inappropriate and rude facial expressions, along with a snide tone of speech. I said that was fine and I could go outside after I got checked in.
She proceeded to pull up a literal heap of documents for me to go through and sign, but now they are all on that iPad device, not printed. I was taken back by the amount of paperwork, and honestly having a hard time functioning at all because I was so sick. I needed help with the paperwork. I expressed that I needed assistance with the paperwork, she gave me more dirty looks and bad attitude. She said I just had to sign and agree to it all. I repeated myself that I needed help, and then I simply said I would like to speak to your supervisor please. She was outwardly upset by that, and stomped off literally to ask for a manager.
When she returned there was a supervisor named Kari N. Who immediately began whipping at me herself, without first speaking to me. She began ranting something like "I understand you don't want to sign the paperwork, so you can't be seen." I could literally barely speak at all, my voice was nearly completely gone. But I tried my best. I said to supervisor Kari, no I'm fine signing paperwork, I just need help with it, somewhere in the paperwork is an agreement to let them sell your info for "research" and or for profit, and I wanted to not consent to that part, wherever it was in the massive pile of digital documents.
Supervisor Kari was exceptionally rude and unhelpful to me. She repeatedly said to me that I had to agree to all documents as currently written, including for my info to be sold, or they would not see me. I tried to ask if she could just get someone to help me review the paperwork and fill it out. She repeatedly told me no, and with an increasingly horrible attitude.
She said over and over that they would not see me. Then finally before I left, completely exhausted, struggling to breath, with my husband and 2 kids waiting out in the car, I hit record on my phone and I asked her if she could just confirm to me that I understand she is refusing to allow me to be seen today, because I'm asking for help filling out the paperwork. She refused to answer the question over and over again, and continued to just pivot, and repeat some pointless nothing line that I needed to agree 100% to all paperwork or I could not be seen. "So you are denying me care? Correct?". Her "No. But you need to agree to all of these documents or we won't see you." Me- "so you're denying me care because I need help with the paperwork and you won't provide me the help?" "No. We arent denying you care, but you have to agree to all of this paperwork or we won't see you.
It was an asinine circular non answer. She was 100% denying me care, but lacked the basic moral integrity to simply say it out loud. Probably because she knows that it's a human rights violation. I have this video too, pointed mostly downward, to not give away that I was recording now. But you can clearly hear it all, and catch a couple glimpses of these disgusting employees.
I'll show some screen shots of these fantastic employees. And if anyone from Managment ever wants to return my call, about the complaint I already submitted to the main hospital resource center. The incident was on 3/20/26 and my first name is Jaqui. I believe strongly that this was discrimination based solely off me refusing the mask from the beginning. But someone needs to properly train your employees, and inform them that you can't treat people this way simply because you have a political agenda with masks.... That the whole world has already admitted was fraudulent years ago now. But you certainly cannot deny care to anyone needing care. And you are required by law to provide assistance with paperwork when asked for it!!!!! Yall are insane if you don't fire them within the week. I'll share their pics, so they can be famous.
