Dr Holden and Dr Larson are the best. They are very thorough. Both leave me feeling awesome after the adjustment.

After 5 years of using them, I went about 4 weeks ago and they totally screwed me up. I had to fight with them to fix it the next day. They did it without charging me. So I went back yesterday at 10:45 am and got an adjustment. At 4 pm today I went back because they screwed me up again. Because I was 4 hrs different from the time yesterday, They refused to fix without me paying. I was hurting worse in the same place I went in for the adjustment yesterday. So after all this time of giving them my money, they will choose money over customer loyalty. I recommend using some one else. They are the cheapest in Billings. This place is a blessing. You will be in and out faster than a drive thru burger. This is not the place for you if you want the whole nine yards with a 45 minute appointment, the doctor relationship, the auto massage tables, and the big bill. Was traveling for work from out of town, & pulled something in my back while lifting a case of water. Called a few different places before I called here. None could get me in. Process was quick, other places require an hour or more to "set you up as a new patient". Olivia at front desk was sweet & helpful. Dr Derek was patient, and gentle with me. To those of you whom would like a very quick very impersonal visit to a local business I certainly recommend this establishment. I viewed the storefront in Billings, MT while getting a freaky fast sub. It was perfect timing. I have been dealing with acute lower back pain for approximately a month. I do have a preexisting back injury from a previous deployment overseas, but this condition has been well documented and researched by not only the VA but also both major hospitals in town. However, when questioned about the information in my questionnaire, which you are asked to fill out prior to care, I felt belittled and slightly attacked. The time and capital spent on trying to remedy my preexisting injury cannot be quickly explained. Instead I would just say I have been through more than a 8 physicians to find myself on my current treatment. This gentleman began the interaction by questioning not what had happened for me to be on my current treatment, but hammered on the specifics of treatment in a rather boisterous tone. I couldn't help but feel attacked and left myself feeling slightly defensive. Instead of getting upset and leaving I stayed. I needed some type of treatment for this acute lower back pain. Hoping he would be able to relocate the issue or maybe give some stretching tips I endured the questions. He stated he would most likely not treat me without getting new x-rays which would be fine if the afflicted area was near or the site of my preexisting upper back injury. I asked him if there was a problem, and with voice raised he stated there was, "a huge problem.". He then had me cycled through some range of motion movements then asked me to sit and face him. Telling me before he would work on me he would need x-rays of the newest pained area specifically through one of the major hospitals as well as my most recent x-rays from my preexisting injury. He seemed very professional with the exception of questioning the regiment emplaced by a specialist for my preexisting injury that I had spent much time and money to finally settle upon, raising his voice at me as if I had done something wrong or had perhaps insulted him somehow by being in his presence, questioning my current treatment instead of showing interest in the newest ailment, or by being presumptuous of my life style which I assume this was the catalyst assuming the worst. In summation, this " innovative" hope-to-be franchise is a great idea. I feel strongly the intent and mission is true and just. However, maybe some customer service courses are in store for them. Hopefully writing this quick little review will help them grow and change as all small businesses do. read more

I have been to the clinic once before and had good results. However, you need to be careful when you check in. The will not talk any new patients less than 1/2 hour before closing. I brought a new patient with me and they turned him down. So if they close at 4, it really means 3:30. This should be on their website, but isn't. Very disappointing. read more

My first visit here left me completely dumbfounded. After checking in at the front desk I was escorted to the back area where they do the adjustments. After a minute or two the chiropractor comes out and signals to me to have a seat on the table. After looking over my chart for all of 5 seconds (and not asking a single question) he tells me to go face down and starts in with the adjustment. Not even kidding when I say MAYBE 3-4 minutes later he's done and didn't even adjust the area that was out. I sit up and realize that the pain at the base of my neck (which was the reason I came in) is still there. I mention this to him and he says, "Well because you waited so long to come in (week and a half) that's all I can do this visit. You'll have to wait a couple days and see how it feels and then probably come back in." Listen people, I've been to chiropractors since I was in high school and this is the first time I've EVER had a chiropractor adjust me so quickly and recklessly and tell me that the reason he couldn't adjust the part that was out was because I waited too long to come in. I couldn't even believe it. The guy never even felt up and down my spine to know where things were out. Not to mention hardly speaking a word to me the entire time. A few days later I decided to go back in (since my neck was still bothering me from not being adjusted the first time) but was going to request a different chiropractor hoping for a different experience. Luckily, a different guy was working and this guy was much friendlier. However, about a minute into the (again) 3-5 minute adjustment, he says, "Have you had your lower back x-rayed recently?" I told him I hadn't and he responded, "Well you probably have some disc degeneration." Excuse me? All I told you was that I have a little bit of pain on the lower right side of my back and you're telling me I have disc degeneration?? Seriously?? I told him not to tell me that kind of stuff and responded with, "Well then come in for adjustments more often!" I honestly can't believe this place. They hardly ask any questions pertaining to your pain before they start cranking away on you and they certainly don't feel your spine before adjusting it. Which from my extensive experience with chiropractors, seems to be pretty standard protocol. Painfully obvious that this place's only motive is to keep you coming back. $$$ Seems they could care less about actually healing you. My opinion, schedule an appointment at a real chiropractors office unless you absolutely need to get adjusted right away and have no other option. In which case, be prepared to go at least 2-3 more times. The only they've got going for them is the cute gals working the front desk. Oh, and my neck is still out. Thanks guys! read more
