Since the PTs were perplexed with my symptoms and pain, they thought my "mind" was creating my pain. It was at that point I decided if they don't believe in my pain they could not successfully treat me. I changed to a new Physical Therapy office and discovered a PT who listened & understood my pain & symptoms. He performed an ultrasound and determined the cause of my pain. Within 2 1/2 weeks and 5 visits I am almost pain free, and not taking NSAIDs. Remember you can choose your Physical Therapist, if you are not getting relief for your pain, be your own advocate and move on!
