Nevertheless, some of my favorite outfits have also come from this store. One thing that always stands out with the clothes, is how great of quality they are. They are always very very soft and made of durable material; after several washes, they are still good as new. Additionally, I have started to love all the nick nacks they have added to the store. I am bummed the physical location in Billings had to close but so glad I can still access it online. The other day I ordered an item online and got a text message within hours from the owner, Kristen, saying she was out of town but could have someone else ship the item right away. And the item arrived within 2 days. Kristen also provided me with a refund for shipping saying that shipping was overcharged. I don't know many business owners who are willing to do something like that. I hope our community will continue to support this business.
