I'm gonna be honest, there is not a lot of clothes in this store that I cling to just because so so many of them have a baggy style. I don't particularly like the baggy style as it just fills me out. Nevertheless, some of my favorite outfits have also come from this store. One thing that always stands out with the clothes, is how great of quality they are. They are always very very soft and made of durable material; after several washes, they are still good as new. Additionally, I have started to love all the nick nacks they have added to the store. I am bummed the physical location in Billings had to close but so glad I can still access it online. The other day I ordered an item online and got a text message within hours from the owner, Kristen, saying she was out of town but could have someone else ship the item right away. And the item arrived within 2 days. Kristen also provided me with a refund for shipping saying that shipping was overcharged. I don't know many business owners who are willing to do something like that. I hope our community will continue to support this business. We need to reinforce people like Kristen who is on top of things and provides quality services.

None of the themed merchandise appears to be something you'd find in a mainstream store. I like that this place stays focused on a target audience. Even though it's a small shop, I spent quite some time looking at everything and finding some last minute gifts. Giddy Up gets bonus points because they don't carry a lot of any one item, an assurance whatever you buy won't be showing up owned or worn by all your neighbors. Stand out from the crowd. The coffee part of the shop hasn't quite been ready for business -- still waiting on the final inspections but that should be completed soon. The coffee bar is already set up and ready to go when that last hurdle is passed.
