I have insurance, insurance denied the name brand because there is an OTC version. Did she at any moment tell my daughter that is the reason? No, she just tells her that it is denied. And does she still want it? Well, yes. Her dr wanted her to take this stuff. $19!!! I called my insurance to find out why the denial and find out the reasoning and they tell me the OTC name. Called the walmart pharmacy and the person who answered the phone declares it wasn't her that helped her. Talk to the pharmacist and he sounded gobsmacked that nobody suggested the OTC instead. Informed him that they ripped off a college student who could use that money for things like books and whatnot. Guess lesson learned for my daughter, demand to know what the denial is about and then ask about alternatives. By the way, I can get her prescription drug from Chewy. Been buying it for months for my dog!!!

Brenda didn't believe us and took her sweet time to walk over and double check . The turkey was indeed .99 cents a pound. When she returned we thanked her , but got no response . She was extremely rude . She had to get an override to update the price , after the override , our price went from .99 cents a pound to the turkey total being $223,91. We told the lady something was wrong. She checked and sure enough Brenda input the wrong price . $223.91 for the $15.00 turkey. Brenda then returned to override the original override . Again , was a total Bitch . She needs a job in produce or recycling boxes where she can't treat the customers so rudely . Very disappointed in Walmarts customer service. Shame on you Brenda ! The tech I mentioned before came back in with a horrible tone telling me you realize the shot is a $1000.00 & now I don't want it? I was not saying I didn't want the vaccine, but wasn't understanding why there could be a mistake on a conversation just minutes ago. Maybe it didn't get in the computer after our conversation who knows. Nothing against the lady giving the shot, but the tech was rude & trying to shame me by stating the price.
