I have often found specialized parts there enough that I stop here before I go to a more specific warehouse. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I have witnessed their customer service with others and they are fair and consistent. I also shop there for my personal repairs and find that if they dont have it they can order it or they can pull from other stores in the area. Dave (Store Manager) and the rest of the crew there always greet people and ask if they are in need of assistance. Try getting that at a big box store Ha! Good luck!

Well I called nobody returned the call so I will tell you what happened.. took back a clearance…read moreitem a drill and when I got home I realized that the drill I got was not the one in the box.. so took it back and Ron was really rude asking me why would you bring back a clearance item anyway and I said I found a better deal on Amazon, which I did by the way, he said I was lying and there was no I found a better deal, called me a liar to another employee as I was walking out: I said fine I will take the drill. I felt the employees, especially Ron and some woman that claimed she was a manager, I showed her the deal I found and she was very rude saying you are getting 50 percent off and I should stop complaining. I wasn't complaining just wanted to show her the deal since I was being called a liar and being treated like I was running some scam with clearance items. It was ridiculous! I've never seen anything like the behavior that ace has, usually a business wants to have happy customers but not this store.

Not only is it unfinished, but no one has been out in over a month to work on it citing multiple reasons from not paying invoices (untrue: every invoice has been paid), being short staffed, getting ghosted by other contractors, and just being plain forgetful. The best part is them saying they're too short staffed to come out and finish work they started a year ago now, but they still keep taking on new jobs for new clients that they know they won't be able to finish unless they START ANOTHER NEW JOB FOR SOMEONE ELSE then use that money to finish the original job. They literally have unfinished construction projects all over the area that are just sitting rotting. Don't use this company.

I was most disappointed to learn Lowe's in Billings does not allow the military discount on…read moreappliances. We needed an electric dryer in a most desperate way. We also found that Lowe's was having a sale on appliances and the sale ended the next day. We did some research, found a couple brands and model numbers before we went to Lowe's, which is an hour drive one way. Good thing we did our research. They had two GE models we were interested in. The one we wanted wasn't in stock but the one with lesser features was. I found the salesman obnoxious in that he wasn't listening to us. He did everything to sell us a matching washing machine which we didn't need. He offered a delivery service which would add to the cost but we needed the machine TODAY and an added cost to remove the old machine in addition to the cost of the vent and cord. AND, he did sell us an extended warranty. Even with the extended warranty (which isn't a very good warranty) and the items to connect the dryer, we did save a little money.
