I also shop there for my personal repairs and find that if they dont have it they can order it or they can pull from other stores in the area. Well I called nobody returned the call so I will tell you what happened.. took back a clearance…read moreitem a drill and when I got home I realized that the drill I got was not the one in the box.. so took it back and Ron was really rude asking me why would you bring back a clearance item anyway and I said I found a better deal on Amazon, which I did by the way, he said I was lying and there was no I found a better deal, called me a liar to another employee as I was walking out: I said fine I will take the drill. I felt the employees, especially Ron and some woman that claimed she was a manager, I showed her the deal I found and she was very rude saying you are getting 50 percent off and I should stop complaining. I wasn't complaining just wanted to show her the deal since I was being called a liar and being treated like I was running some scam with clearance items. It was ridiculous!
