I called the end of August and was told by Heather they aren't scheduling until mid-September for our gutter service. Still no word mid-September. Absolutely no communication from this business. My husband calls and he's given the same run around as I was in August. Mind you, they have already deposited our down payment in July. Not a word was said about them doing this or when they would be cashing it. So when I tell Heather we are taking our business elsewhere, she says there is a 10% fee for cancelling. Tanner who bid the job didn't mention this and not anywhere does it say on our bid!
