They were paving my neighbors driveway across the street and parked their equipment blocking my entrance into my road to my home. Then they came to my home, lied and said that they needed a huge favor from me. They claimed to have a very small amount of hot asphalt left that they needed to unload right now as they had a HUGE government job starting next morning and they wanted me to have it at 1/2 price. I said I did not have $14,200 to spend, he said no problem, I sure hate to see it get in the garbage. I will work with you on paying, if you just let me unload it, which I reluctantly did. The asphalt was already cold and should not have been used as 1 week into the new driveway weeds were coming up and through the asphalt all over, in addition they gave me a bill for 73000 because they just finished the road. I said that was not agreed on, in fact I very clearly said I couldn't even afford to pay the 14,200 in full. They said that they ordered more asphalt even though their whole con was just to empty 1 small truck, just enough to do a garage apron and now they have an attorney involved demanding I pay them. When I filed a police report on them the officer knew immediately who the company was, said he had run in's with them and that they were such bad news. He even shared that they have many complaints and lawsuits on them and they against other people on their behalf. This is my review and warning to anyone foolish enough to believe anything they say. They will also name drop people that they have (worked) with but yet when you call those people they have nothing good to say if they admit to even have known them. All I can say is WATCH OUT. He told me it's only dust but there was also rocks in the dust. You can see them. My windows were open in my car and house and it got dust everywhere inside my car and my house. Thick brown dust. When they left, they left garbage in my driveway, a mound of dirt in my driveway and tried to use my hose in my front yard without permission. They also took my wheel barrow and used it and left it at their job site. It's right next door but still. I would have said yes and gladly moved my car and closed my windows, if they would have asked ahead of time. I hate to be a Karen but come on guys. Show some respect for surrounding property.

Only giving 4 stars due to 2.5 hours late for appt and price charged was $100 more than quoted…read more Reason given is that our tank is 1500 which is higher. I was not asked what tank size when I called for pricing and scheduling and did not know that there was more than one price dependant on anything. It would be better service if they would quote pricing for the different tank sizes so the customer can know price will vary depending on size rather than just quote a price then charge something completely different. Also, cement cover was not placed on level. Otherwise, service was great. The guys were very nice and polite and seemed to be very thorough. As far as I can tell they did a good job!
