Terrible! Stated one price and billed over twice verbal price quoted. Screwed well up causing 12…read more1/2 years of sand, collapsed rock and sand at bottom of casing causing three pumps to go out from sand destroying impellers, didn't perforate casing and drill into shale below casing so when material collapsed around casing causing water flow to be cut off as only way in was from the bottom of casing. Ended up not having water every spring for an average of a month or more. Was told well produced 20 gallons per minute when well was drilled, first spring (March/April) was without water, Gary said he told me that would happen every year, he did not! Never offered to fix problem or offer any solutions. Tried to bill me for excavation for water line and power even though his backhoe was broke down and he knew we had to have our builder excavated, put the water and power lines in and back fill leaving enough room to hook up the pitless head. All in all, between the pumps, flushing the well every year, continual sand (1-2 inches in filter housing every month for 12 years) sprinkler heads damaged by sand and the valves in automatic horse waterers, and a new well drilled, Gary's drilling cost us over $ 15+k in 12 1/2 years! Wouldn't call him to do anything and know of multiple people whom he has screwed by his terrible work drilling wells, cutting corners.

They refuse to take responsibly for an incident that happened in their construction zone, when one of their tankers was going well above the posted 30mph speed limit. Also posted is their sign stating that going above 30mph can result in a cracked windshield. The tanker inflicted a significant crack to my windshield as it was easily visible that he was greatly surpassing the 30mph limit. I had a witness who worked for the company who agreed with me about the nature of the incident. I specifically dealt with Brian Hudson, who refused to talk to the worker which witnessed the incident. He then proceeded to tell me that I needed real proof such as a dash cam or a radar, which we all know as a normal passenger vehicle/driver is completely unrealistic. Brian refuses to take accountability for this incident, and a business with such lack of morals does not deserve anyone's support.

Don't hire this guy. He was contracted by my brother and his family. He took payment up front,…read moreagreed to a completion date and began demolition. He kept pushing the completion date back and showing up less and less. He then ghosted them completely and left the house in demo, with the back yard completely unusable, and the project completely unfinished. He was asked to come up with a fair number for hours worked and to refund the remainder of the money he was paid for work undone and he EFUSED! Reviews were posted on his personal website and they are no longer visible. He was paid a total of $24,325 and all he did was make a huge mess. They waited months for him to do something, but he always had an excuse or just didn't communicate at all. A new contractor was hired and had the entire project completed in 2 weeks. Mike was hired in August 2023 and the new contractor was hired in July024. Mike had 11 months to do the job. He didn't want to talk about these problems or make a plan for refunding money for undone work. Instead, what he did was threaten legal action when a bad review was placed. We have a huge folder an inch thick with all the documentation you'll ever need to see. He is completely unreliable and a THIEF!!
