I figured, okay it's a Friday so things must be hectic. Over the weekend I saw that he had an online contact form so I filled that out and anxiously waited until noon on Monday with again no response. If he was too booked to do the job, I understand but what I don't understand is not having the courtesy to call to let me know that I should be looking for someone else. I was fortunate to find another company that was prompt, professional, and fairly priced so my issue has now been corrected.

This was a $130 bill for less than a half an hour. My pilot light continued to not stay on so I called Bob and asked him if he'd check the thermacouple. He said no need since it lit. I went to the hardware store and bought a new one for $12 installed it less than half an hour in my water heater works fine now. I'm concerned about his thoroughness and his suggestion that I just replaced the water heater.

The driver was extremely careless and aggressive in the roadway. I was in the left lane with cruise control set exactly at the limit and passing tractor trailers. This truck came barreling up behind me and was on my rear end close enough I couldn't see much of his grill on my rearview. I could see the wanna be nascar stud lifting his hand to check the speedometer and cursing at me through his windshield. Going though curves, he didn't let up. After passing the 3 tractors and getting over to the right, he was flying by me and didn't even wait for me to change lanes before he passed my rig. Barely missing my mirror, on he went. I watched him do the same to every other vehicle ahead of us in the left lane for miles. I had the vantage point to see this due to the many valleys and turns - affording me a clear view way ahead. If this is what Williams Plumbing has to offer, I will pass. Every other person on the highway was put to great risk due to one DB driver.
