The driver was extremely careless and aggressive in the roadway. I was in the left lane with cruise control set exactly at the limit and passing tractor trailers. This truck came barreling up behind me and was on my rear end close enough I couldn't see much of his grill on my rearview. I could see the wanna be nascar stud lifting his hand to check the speedometer and cursing at me through his windshield. Going though curves, he didn't let up. After passing the 3 tractors and getting over to the right, he was flying by me and didn't even wait for me to change lanes before he passed my rig. Barely missing my mirror, on he went. I watched him do the same to every other vehicle ahead of us in the left lane for miles. I had the vantage point to see this due to the many valleys and turns - affording me a clear view way ahead. If this is what Williams Plumbing has to offer, I will pass. Every other person on the highway was put to great risk due to one DB driver.

We called the pump supplier and our fault code caused them to recommend pump replacement. Pump was installed by a licensed plumber (now retired) only two years before and supplier stated warranty is no longer in effect. Needless to say we were not happy. When we called Rod he was on his way to supplier and told me he would check it out but could not do any work until 4-5 days. After a couple hours and no one able to beat his estimated schedule he called and told us he could get pump under warranty and replace in a couple hours! Knowing our dire situation Rod called back in afternoon stating he got pump and rearranged his schedule to fit us in the next day! Living in a rural area Rod came out replaced pump and saved us on cost of new unit. He was friendly, professional and very responsive to our situation. I highly recommend Glover Plumbing & Heating.
