I have often found specialized parts there enough that I stop here before I go to a more specific warehouse. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I have witnessed their customer service with others and they are fair and consistent. I also shop there for my personal repairs and find that if they dont have it they can order it or they can pull from other stores in the area. Dave (Store Manager) and the rest of the crew there always greet people and ask if they are in need of assistance. Try getting that at a big box store Ha! Good luck!

After 5 minutes or so she comes back and she says that it's stuck behind a pallet. She called over to a guy and ask for help. the guy end up being the manager of the store. He told me that he was not going to get the chair out because it was behind other pellets that he would have to move. He kept telling us to go online and order it but we wanted it then. He also said "it will take me an hour and I'm not doing that on a Saturday afternoon" I was very disappointed and will now consider taking my business elsewhere.

I have experienced excellent customer service. Recently I was looking for an olive oil container that I had previously purchased at another location, but somehow in a move lost it. I asked the cashier and since I was the only one in line--she took me to their little laptop, looked up the item, found it wasn't in the store, saw they couldn't order it, but directed me to login to my Explorer account, helped me do so (I was holding my 7month old baby), wrote down a coupon code, helped me figure out how to order the item--took us like 10 minutes and was super helpful, accommodating and cheerful. If you're familiar with Costco locations, this one is not unlike any others you'll visit around the country. They've got the Kirkland brand staples, though I was sad to see not very many local Montana things to try. It was busy for a weekday afternoon, but not as busy as I've seen Costco locations get on a weekend. Overall, not a ton to report here, it was clean, the hot dog lunch we enjoyed was on par with any other location, and we found what we came looking for.

Since we had never used the protection we went in today to see what our options were in terms of reclaiming the $120 we spent on the plan. Right off the bat they told us it had been 6 years. They made it sound like we should have been in there right after the plan expired. We were told they would honor the plan (reluctantly) but we had to make a minimum $500 purchase. Even though there were several people at their service counter, no one was real eager to help us. One guy said he would be with us after he finished with the customer he was working with. After wandering around the store a couple of times he finally came and helped us. We asked about manual recliners because all we seemed to see were powered recliners. He showed us a couple and was rather pushy about them. None of them really caught our eye. We asked about fabric options because what we saw really didn't catch our attention. We got the strong sense that that question annoyed him. In the end we left frustrated and unimpressed. I guess these guys get $120 in free money because after today I refuse to give them another dime if I can help it. There are other furniture stores in Billings that have better sales staff. Bottom line, I wouldn't recommend these guys to anyone. We have had some positive experiences with them in the past with some bedroom furniture. Unfortunately the sales person that helped us with those purchases has moved on.

I bought a mechanical Flexsteel recliner with lumbar support, sat in it for two days, and raced back to the store to buy the reclining loveseat and end tables. Went BACK and bought more tables and hallway furniture. High quality! The Flexsteel support is superior to anything I've ever purchased (back doesn't hurt anymore). Staff was so helpful from the multiple purchases all the way to the warehouse pickups (we didn't choose delivery). Our Sales Associate Keith Walker was an exceptional help for us, and Rachel called to walk through the entire order with us to make sure our pickup went smooth (since we went back 3 times). Overall, I am 100% satisfied in the quality and customer service -- and have officially transferred my furniture loyalty over to Conlins.
