Ace Hardware has been one of my many go to places when I need supplies to repair general items. I have often found specialized parts there enough that I stop here before I go to a more specific warehouse. I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and professional at all times. I have witnessed their customer service with others and they are fair and consistent. I also shop there for my personal repairs and find that if they dont have it they can order it or they can pull from other stores in the area. Dave (Store Manager) and the rest of the crew there always greet people and ask if they are in need of assistance. Try getting that at a big box store Ha! Good luck!

They have bad attitudes, and seem to have no product knowledge, they also seem to treat customers like they are somehow beneath them. I was struggling with my 2 year old during checkout the other day, and the cashier girl kept giving me bad looks like I was holding up her day plans or something.
