The store was clean as far as I could tell, and thankfully, the bathrooms were clean as well (though really narrow to get through when trying to reach the stalls), and the stationary section was fairly impressive. We purchased Switch2 controllers for a gift. When we opened the box there was used original switch controllers inside. When we took them back we were given the run around from three different individuals at the store. They refused to take them back, claimed it wasn't their responsibility and were extremely unhelpful. After calling corporate we think it was fixed but this experience left a terrible taste in our mouth. We get it, stuff happens but we will not be forced to pay for their mistakes... especially after having spent thousands of dollars ordering through the app alone. read more

Everytime I'm in this place it's a hassle. Last time employees on their phones who actively ignore you, today I stood in line for 10 minutes at the self checkout with one person in front of me, it was 1 of only 3 open. The others around all red lit and closed, and then the employee tells me he is closing this one too. By then the other lines had 4-5 more people. I had been holding my 3 heavy items all this time so I just gave up and left. If you are making us do our own checkout anyway, why close the majority of them and leave 3? read more

With covid being on the rise right now, this store has not made antiseptic wipes available to clean shopping baskets for a long period of time now. This is extremely unhealthy and needs to be fixed immediately. Instead this store has chosen to place the EMPTY cleaning wipes stand facing away from the entrance door and not offer any antibacterial materials at all to customers. Horrible curbside service. If you order curbside expect to sit outside for 30-45 minutes minimum after receiving your order ready notification only to call multiple times wondering what's taking so long to be told that curbside was 2 hours behind (why would you mark my order as ready then?) and the store would be closing. Horrible communication and horribly disorganized. I guess I now have to order from another location further from my home became my local Walmart just can't handle curbside. When I spoke to the associate he did not care at all. I witnessed at least 4 different cars giving up and driving off after the lack of communication. This morning I arrived at Wal-Mart for an oil change. I sat in my vehicle for over 20 min when the attendant lady finally came over. She informed me my dipstick was stuck, and she wanted me to pull it out so she didn't "break it." So I get out and try to get it out myself. The tip of my dipstick ended up breaking and the lady then informed me they couldn't do the oil change because "I broke it." I was shocked. She knew the dipstick was going to break, she just didn't want to be the one to break it because then they'd have to be the ones to replace it. Even the male attendant working came over and asked what happened and was a bit shocked to find they didn't sell dipsticks. I get they have policies, but how she went about it all was extremely rude. Keep in mind my husband and I have been going there for oil changes for over 2 years. Only issues I've had before was how long it takes. So I drove to O'Reilly's and replaced my dipstick for $21 and then drove to Midas and got my oil change. That's where I will go from now on. Customer service is great and I was in and out in just over 35 min. read more

Let's start with what I don't like - took a star off for when you exit . If you stuff is not in a bag then you have to show your receipt to a guard . Why can you put a sticker on it .. But I you have to wait while he looks at your receipt . Trust me you have bought it but do make you feel like you are stealing .. And not done at every Walmart Other star was taken off for all the register that you have and only have a few open .. And don't even have to ask a manager come over. For a Walmart location, this one isn't too bad. I generally hate going into Walmart for anything as they are usually crowded and just a pain in the butt. However, if I need to go to Walmart for whatever reason... I will make it a point to come to this location. This location gets pretty busy on the weekends, so I try to avoid coming at that time. I will usually frequent this location early afternoon or at night to avoid the crowds. If you're going to come to this location, I suggest you do the same. However, the employees here are very nice and helpful and I have yet to encounter someone who is having a bad day. This location is kept up pretty well and clean, considering all of the traffic Walmart sees on a daily basis, and is fairly nice. read more

Too bad there's nothing lower I could give. "I can't help you in electronics" is not a proper response to "Would you be able to call someone that can help me?". Had you not cut me off in the middle of my sentence maybe you would've heard me better. Maybe. Pointing and saying "there is two person in there" when we can clearly only see one and she is busy is not good customer service. She's busy. I get it. I can wait but I really just needed something unlocked and couldn't find the other associates. You have a radio. Call them maybe? Mrs. Unhelpful dpt manager with the gold hoop earrings. :) I'll just wait another half an hour to get another shitty response. Honestly I hate walmart, I hate the crowds, its a horrible experience and I try to avoid the store as much as possible, rarely going there. That is why I was so surprised, when my dog sat on my glasses and broke them on a weekend, I tried to go to my glasses place that I got them to get them fixed, but they were closed on the weekend. I can't drive without glasses and was literally taping the lenses in to be able to drive, so instead of going home I just went to the walmart down the street and into their vision department. There was no wait, they immediately fixed my glasses, and did not even charge me for it. I was shocked and very happy. Honestly I will still avoid going to the rest of walmart, just hate fighting the crowds. But I had to give a shout out to the vision department for making my day. And the company still gets my dollar, I go to sams club....just saying. read more

At Walmart on Lowes Drive in Killeen Texas The Pharmacy Department is very rude to me as a customer. The pharmacy tech only talks to my husband in front of me about my prescriptions The pharmacy orders my prescriptions and refils them before I run out and also before I refill the prescriptions. The pharmacy techs ignore me when I am next in line. The cashiers at the self checkout stand and observe me scan each item as I place them into the bag. The cashiers also watch me take my money out of my purse to pay for my items. read more

I went in early in the morning to purchase outdoor furniture. Shane at the garden center was extremely helpful. He brought the huge box out to my suv. When he determined that the box would not fit, he took the item out of the box and loaded the glider without it. It's this kind of service that keeps me coming back! read more
