When I went through the drive-thru to pick up my order Mrs. Sue saw the price and advised me she wanted to try and see if she would be able to get it at a cheaper price. I was in a hurry and did not feel like coming back out of the house but decided what the heck anything could help. Mrs. Sue called me approximately an hourlater and advised she was able to get the price down from $280 to $120!!!!!! I was elated!!!! Anytime I've seen this lady at HEB she is always busy, busy, busy. It floors me that she took time out of her day to put forth an extra effort to save me the amount of money that she did. Great location just off the highway. Staff is always helpful when you can't find an item and the store is big and spacious. A great location to try when the other locations are out of stock of something. Can't go wrong at HEB and I love that even though Killeen is super big, there's multiple locations.

It's the biggest and shiniest HEB in the city yet. Since it's so new it has that new and vibrant atmosphere. Everything is spacious, bright, super clean, and energizing. If someone told me that you could eat off the floor of this location, I'd believe it. The staff is all friendly, but be mindful of the curbside shoppers, their racks take up a bit of space, but they're quick so they'll be out of the way in a minute. The shelves are all well stocked and like any HEB the prices are fair, be on the lookout for 50% off stickers in the produce section and the yellow coupons in the aisles. You can save a ton of money by just noticing what they have on sale.
