I LOVE Burlington BUT have not shopped here for three months due to BAD MANAGEMENT the last time I shopped I waited in line for an HOUR!!! there is usually ONLY two cashiers and they rarely have any in the counter near the Mall Entrance where there are 4 or so cashier places BUT everyone is forced to go to the two cashiers sometimes three at the doors this has become SUCH an issue that all it takes is my husband and I to walk in see the line and leave Burlington is losing customers as they refuse to be force to stand for almost an HOUR anytime you go in this isn't fair to the cashiers and if they aren't going to use the counters with more cashiers on other side of store they should just take them out I shopped at Burlington since the 80's in Southfield Michigan and LOVE this store but can no longer wait in LINE FOR UP TO AN HOUR ! The Burlington Stores need to investigate and fix this problem because it's a GREAT STORE BUT BAD MANAGEMENT ! read more

I went there today to buy some clothes and I had about $300 worth of clothes in my basket getting ready to try them on in the women's fitting room and it was blocked off and said the dressing room is closed. Sorry for the inconvenience so I thought maybe I can try them on in the men's fitting room and it was also closed and had the same sign. I then asked the cashier if there's any other dressing room I can try these clothes on And she said nope the dressing rooms are closed and I asked her why she says I don't know and I asked her are you kidding and she said nope. So I left my basket with all my clothes, and other merchandise standing there and went elsewhere, which ended up being a blessing in disguise, because I found some beautiful clothes at a great discount at this mall. read more

It's pretty fine, about what you'd expect from a Burlington. I will say that this Burlington has better selections than a lot of other Burlingtons that I've been to, but it can be pretty messy and overwhelming. If you're patient, there are some good finds. My husband found a Nike hat there for a great price that's become his favorite golfing hat. The staff are not very friendly, but it's very obviously understaffed, which is not their fault. Burlington could really improve by hiring more staff, especially to man the cashiers, which always has an extremely long line. read more

I love the Baby Depot area! They have baby items there that were cheaper than Walmart or Target. They also had baby items that were hard to find around the area. There return policy is great and the company refunds your money in a matter of hours which is awesome! I probably make a detour here every time I come to the mall. read more

Wow!! When I first walked into the store I couldn't believe I was in the Killeen mall. They did a good job redesigning the area & they've put down nice, shinny white tile's. With that said, I wonder how long the floors will continue to look that white & bright??! I like Burlington for their good quality clothes that's easy on the wallet so I'm excited to have one so close to me. While I was only here today to browse & see the new store, I did notice they had a pretty nice women's shoe selection. That makes me Happy!! I was very excited when this location opened up. At the time I was living in Killeen and whenever I drove up to Austin, I would stop at one. Yeah some are better than others. This one is huge! I have to go here when I have an hour or two to just rifle through the racks because there is so much cute stuff stuck between the crappy items. I love being able to get a nice dress for $10.99-15.99 when I would pay over $40 somewhere else in Killeen. I like how it has a funnel line as opposed to the "Ross" way of multiple slow moving lines. read more

We were shopping at the Killeen Mall Burlington Coat Factory in Killeen, TX. My wife found a pair of shoes on the clearance rack marked down and took it to the check out line. After a long wait, she was told that the price marked was incorrect, and that they would not honor that price. When my wife protested that they are obligated to sell it at the marked price, they threatened to call security. It doesn't matter who put the wrong price on the product, the company is obligated to sell that one item at the price that is marked. If they will not honor the price marked, how can we trust the prices marked on the rest of their products? Why should we waste our time shopping here if the prices they have on the product may or may not be accurate? They have layers and layers of security, yet they can't even figure out who changed the price. Instead they let the customers bear the burden of the mistake. For a difference in price of less than twenty dollars, they have lost a couple of REGULAR customers! Be careful when shopping here, as you will be next! Make a point of asking them to check the price on everything, even before you decide you might like it! You can't trust them! Every other store abides by the law, selling at least the one item at the price marked before re-marking the rest. Burlington Killeen's manager doesn't feel this law applies to them! read more
