Place has a warehouse feel to it, spacious but packed with merchandise. To my surprise they had a whole shelf of cheap tools, which is good for someone like me who misplaces tools lol. & another thing which I will go back for is the aisle of earrings!!! The whole aisle to itself of earrings! :) The cashiers were friendly, your basics. Greet you, ask you if you need help, & tell you bye. The only reason I took 1 star away was the place was a little on the dusty side. Overall I'm making my way back out here!

This Family Dollar is on par with all of the other dollar stores in town. It is in the same strip mall as Dollar General and Bealls as well as a few restaurants (Thai, Mexican, American). They have all kinds of houseware basics, cheap throwaway trays and serving utensils, potentially expired drugstore makeup, cheap clothes...the clerks were friendly and it is fun to browse around the dollar store. You never know what you might find; I left empty handed though.

Eventually, yes I got my money back but she over refunded me by almost $5 but wouldn't hear me out to fix the issue so I left & came back in a couple days to return the extra money. Glen the GM acted super creepy & weird, thought it was funny I was there trying to return money.. so being honest was a joke apparently. After speaking to him about the issue, while he was giggling the whole time, he proceeded to follow me & was watching me with an icky smile on his face like it was funny. I asked him several times what he was doing & he said he wanted to make sure I was ok.. I'm fine except you are creeping me out.. that was funny to him too. I have called at least 10x to the 800 number & it doesn't seem to matter. No one will return my call. DM & RM too, just ignores the issue. Smh.. so I guess that's how they run that store but eventually when the staff turns over & respectful people are placed to work perhaps this location will improve. I've never been accused of scamming someone over $5. With receipt. Never been yelled at by any employee of any store. Never witnessed an adult throw a temper fit like she did either. This was an exceptionally simple issue that could've been handled in 5 minutes but I was held up begging for my money back for over 30mins. I couldn't leave because this toddler lady threw the products on the ground behind the counter & told me to leave. Seriously so childish & immature. Oh how I love Ross and this one specifically I can find so many things that I need for a low price…read more! I come to this one because it's clean. It can sometimes be disorganized, but for the most part you can find exactly what you need. You can even find a clearance sometimes which is perfect because you could look nice and save money. Customer service is always excellent! This is the only Ross I go to in my area because it never disappoints and I went on a Sunday. It was barely anybody in there, which was perfect. 10 out of 10

She was engaged in a personal conversation with a friend it was not a customer as I could hear their conversation. We waited over 5 min in line until she finished her conversation to finally help us. When she did manage to tear herself away from the conversation she was short and even rolled her eyes at us when we asked a question. I can say one positive for the store it was very clean unlike the one in Killeen which is a dump.
