At first, I thought it was a bit strange that they were performing inside of a Target, but I'm sure they worked it out with the managers. Plus, May is AAPI heritage month, so it was also nice to see them celebrate. Unlike some of the usual Target locations I go to in California, this Target appeared to be well-stocked with a variety of items. That being said, there was a good selection to choose from for the items that we needed. The customer service we received was friendly and helpful. 4 out of 5 stars.

I ordered it in the store and the computer accepted the order and indicated that it was in stock. They said to pick it up in 2 hours. We went to a nearby movie theater. I checked my email and it said "come by and pick it up." I got there and showed the service department person the message and he said it was OUT OF STOCK. Obviously I was unhappy and really wasn't in the mood for store excuses. Nevertheless he was aware that I "was frustrated ". He said a neighboring Target had 6 in inventory and would price match my order. I wasted gas due to Target's error and found what I needed in Temple. The stocker did price match the online Target price.

I softly told my kid its okay you didnt do anything wrong it was an accident dont cry the employee became belligerent and continued to reinforce that in fact she had done something terrible. I asked the woman to stop and asked for the manager;  however the manager agreed that children were not allowed to touch items and supported the womens aggressive behavior. We decided it was time to leave because of the hostility while exiting the store the employee told me that i needed jesus while management/owner was present allowing this ridiculous behavior. After leaving the store i was extremely upset and needed more clarification on why this type of aggresive hostility was allowed and the response from management/owner was "children should be kept in baskets and not running around like heathens" and they will put a sign on the door for future notice child are not allowed in the store just for me, however i will reiterate that my child was standing less than 5 feet away looking at a bottle on a table. I used to love coming to this Hobby Lobby location and decorating my home with items from here, but…read morerecently my experiences have been completely ruined by the attitude of some of the employees. Over the last 2 months, one Hispanic young employee with red hair has made every visit extremely unpleasant with rude behavior and a terrible attitude. Today, she was also constantly staring at us in a very judgmental way and making us feel extremely uncomfortable the entire time we were shopping. No customer should feel watched or judged just for being in the store. The older cashier with glasses at the register was also openly looking us up and down and came across as very judgmental and unwelcoming. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or judged while simply trying to shop. It's disappointing because this used to be one of my favorite stores, but the customer service lately has been awful. I really wish management would hire kinder, more professional employees instead of people with constant attitudes toward customers.
