My daughter loves going to Renfest and she can grab some fun accessories for her outfit. Everyone is quite nice here plus once a month they have a huge market in the parking lot that even the local police or fire department has attended, for activities with the community. A fun, unique and creative place for anyone!! Great prices and some fun workshops.

She then proceeded to yell at us in front of the couple that entered before us!! Stating she's the owner and complaining about where we parked, which was in front of the store like everyone else!! for having a shop in that type of business she sure does have a dark energy about her! Pure evil will NEVER go back not to mention I've warned EVERYONE not to either!!! Very very rude! Mind you at some point Maybe it's because are ppl of color but idk I would hope at this day and age we're past that!!

Staff was friendly and gave a helpful tutorial, answered any questions, and let you do your thing without hovering. I recommend eating beforehand and bringing water because depending on your price, you could be there for a few hours. Prices are VERY reasonable. Fused glass for four of us cost less than a hundred dollars for smaller pieces. There are many options, big and small, and can be intimidating at first but ended up being great fun. I don't recommend the fused glass for small children because you are handling small pieces of cut glass. You will need to leave your art there for a week so the staff can do the finishing then they will text/call you when it's available for pickup.

My piece was done, glazed and ready for pick up 7 days after my visit. So excited to use it!

We stopped in to several shops today, one of which was Mud Pies, since everyone was insisting we go there. The staff were super lovely and friendly, and I did pick up three pieces of pottery which I love!! It took a lot of self control not to get fudge...but I will next time! Warning: thus is a popular shop and usually has a lot of people. Be patient...it's worth the wait!!

There was one staff member there that greeted us in a perturbed manner. The entire visit she stood behind the counter with her arms crossed and a scorned look on her face. There are many other businesses in Salado that are welcoming and happy to share about their products. Zero stars.

When an employee walks into the humidor while you're trying to browse, it creates an uncomfortable feeling--almost like they don't trust their customers. Part of the experience of visiting a cigar bar is being able to take your time and explore the selection at your own pace. Constantly having someone nearby, watching and waiting for questions, takes away from that. If I need help, I'll ask for it. Otherwise, I prefer to browse without feeling monitored. I'm just saying!!
